Couldn't have been friendlier or more knowledgeable, from receptionist to technician.

Notice that within a few days of my poor review, they conveniently had their family and friends write good reviews! smh

I made an appointment, and they hooked me right up. Easy, painless, fun process, and the staff were great to work with. Yay!

I will qualify this review by saying up-front that my mother and father used Brandywine Hearing for…read morequite a few years to lease their hearing aids, and they liked them very much. Having the ability to lease hearing aids instead of having to pay for them outright was a big plus for my parents, plus there were other perks like getting new batteries as part of the leasing arrangement. HOWEVER, a couple of years ago my mother's dementia progressed to the point where she had to be moved to an assisted living facility. At one point while she was there, the facility had to send her to the hospital for an unexpected decline in her condition, which was then immediately followed by a four month stay at a rehabilitation facility. Somewhere along the way, either the assisted living facility or the hospital or the rehab facility lost my mother's hearing aids. Of course, none of those facilities would take responsibility for the loss, as it was easy for any of them to point the finger of blame at one of the other facilities. After all this happened, I called Brandywine Hearing to find out if they could replace my mother's lost hearing aids. They weren't very understanding of the situation, and said she would have to pay the remainder of the value of the lost hearing aids before she could get replacements. My mother couldn't afford to pay the several thousand dollars that would have cost, so for about 15 months following, she went without hearing aids, but still had to continue to pay her monthly lease of $170. A couple of days ago, I called Brandywine Hearing to find out when my mother's lease would be up, and it turned out that it was this month. They then informed me that she could either return the hearing aids to conclude the lease, or pay the 20% of the original value of the hearing aids (which amounts to $1100). Now granted, the loss of the hearing aids was not Brandywine Hearing's fault, but I am very disappointed that they couldn't find any way to help my mother out in this situation, given that she and my father had been long-time and loyal customers. Would it have been so hard for them to at least reduce the cost of the buyout a little? You have to imagine that their markup for the hearing aids they provide is pretty significant.
