This morning as I was inserting the receiving part of one of my hearing aids, the receiver and dome fell off the connecting tube in my right ear. I could not remove them! I then called Wilmington Audiology service and was told that Lisa Lewis would call me back when she arrived. An hour later, I received a call and she said that she would see me that morning. I drove to her office and when I arrived, another patient was just leaving and she saw me immediately. She skillfully removed the receiver and dome in seconds and then replaced the receiver, dome, and connecting tube. I left her office less than 30 minutes later. Fantastic service!

What a night and day difference from my last gyno! This office was excellent from the check in…read moreprocess to the hospitality and bedside manner of all staff! It seems like they put excellence high up on their values. To get into details without too much, I needed an iud out. My old male gyno (whom I never got a good vibe or bedside manner from) and my PCP (who is lovely but not a gynecologist/ob - shout out to Progressive Health of DE! They are great!) couldn't find the strings for years. I always had to get an ultrasound done to make sure it was there. Well, to get it out, I was told I'd need that same ultrasound and possible surgery. Dr. Trina Haywood and her student observer came in, impressed me with their listening and understanding skills, educated me on a couple topics and processes, then took a look and BOOP, my IUD was out. That speaks volumes to me about their expertise and confidence in their knowledge. I can't wait to continue working with the team here!

Let me start off by saying the front house staff is amazing I never had a problem with any of them…read morethey move slow but hey they get the job done now when I first moved to Wilmington I was looking for a all black team to help safely deliver my baby and I found Trina online she is out of my insurance network which means I have to pay outta pocket to be seen by her by bc I saw how many years she has been doing this and how great she was I didn't mind paying the extra fees almost 300 a visit so yup fast forward to now I'm 38 weeks and go see her once a week only to find out that I was paying extra money and she will not be reliving my baby it will go to what ever doctor is on call at the time and that I will not make a birth plan with her I will do that when I am in labor I feel like we talked about this on the first visit and now here is the time to go in and ur not even my doctor and u don't know who will be my doctor bc it's over 200 other doctors who can do it
