I bought top of the line Oticon hearing aids a number of years ago. I paid $6,000. Should have taken care of them. My hearing aids are out of warranty. I sincerely let my aids lapse. . Now Im experiencing more hearing loss. Marianne Mculogh the owner told me I could send them back to Oticon to refurbish them. She told me it would cost about $90 to send them back. Oticon would Probably have to charge me more to fix them. Cris said I had to layout $495 to send them back. She outright lied to me. Audiology and Hearing aids has good reviews . Maybe now that they are a chain called Living Well ( corporate America destroys people once again. )they start to take advantage of people, especially senior citizens like me. I called Oticon to express my dissatisfaction and the lady at Oticon offered to give me other hearing aid places to go and will file a complaint against Audiology and Haring aids, I spoke to a Monica at Oticon customer service. I also explained my batteries used to go one at a time...I would replace one battery on Saturday, for example and then on Tuesday for example I would haven't replace the other ones . Monica said it's possible that some batteries might be older .It never fails, hearing aid stores try to cheat people and this is one example.

I found her bedside manner to be extremely rude and condescending. She did not explain what she was doing as she did it - she just rattled off numbers and comments for her assistant to transcribe. Her attitude was quiet off-putting to me and I would not go back or refer her to anyone. I will seek another doctor for further follow up and treatment.

On our first visit, Cheryl did an exam on my mother but told us to go see an ENT because she had some concerns. We returned and she did the testing and fit my mom for her hearing aid. Today we picked it up and voila! She did my lasix surgery and I'm typing this without glasses one day after surgery. I have zero pain and can't believe how she has impacted my life in a positive way. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Because I could not explain the problem well, he became very rude and condescending. When I told him that he didn't need to be rude, he told me to leave. It doesn't seem that his attitude is unusual, as this type of interaction seemed routine to his receptionist (who is also his wife). I went to Dr. Sun because he is an ophthalmologist (rather than an optometrist) and I wanted to make sure that my eye pain was properly evaluated. However, it became apparent that Dr. Sun didn't want to actually evaluate my issue, but rather just wants to be a better paid eyeglass mill. Based upon his attitude, I have no doubt that he would have just conducted an eye exam and sold me new glasses which may not have actually solved my eye pain.

He then would not continue the eye exam until I verbally confirmed I would start changing my contacts and did not want to find another doctor. This all happened after waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes for this appointment. In total I was there for an hour and a half with the actual eye exam taking a rushed five minutes or less.
