I went to three different audiology specialists and got the same results- my hearing loss was significantly affecting my ability to follow conversations. With two sisters and mother with similar hearing loss, I was the last to admit that this was a problem. When I went to Miracle Ear, I was fully expecting a high pressure sales pitch and yada yada as I had experienced at two other places. Lisa was not that way at all. She went through the results of my test, discussed options, discussed the pros and cons of waiting to get hearing aids. It was not a pressure sale but a good discussion of options. I went back and decided to buy the mid range product. Yes it's expensive but my family talked me into it. All I can say is it was worth every penny and the personalized service, support, patience, maintenance of the devices and general customer service have all been wonderful. Lisa is a gem and I can tell she really understood the financial commitment it takes to buy hearing aids so she made sure I was completely at ease with my decision to invest in my hearing.
