But for the last 3 years their customer service had been terrible. The customer service department has morphed from fair to almost non existent. They don't answer their phone, don't return calls that were left, and have less than adequate hearing adjustment conference calls. One time, I spent 2 hours working with the technicians just to get the man's computer update to start the servicing portion started. Now they have customer service people from the Philippines and they are very hard to understand with there accents and again they don't know what they are doing or underrated what they you are asking for help to fix the problem. I just sent 3 months struggling trying to resolve an issue with my hearing aids with them and they stopped fulfilling their promises to resolve my hearing aid issues. I just now bought new hearing aids from Hear USA where I don't have to work remotely with customer service as they have their customer service in person. I hope this helps you so that you don't have to suffer dealing with a terrible company.

He is so sweet and very personable. Always making my special needs daughter feel comfortable. Unfortunately he is retiring this year (2026). I will continue taking my daughter to the practice, but will really miss Dr. McHarg. This office is located in Flourtown, Pa. on Bethlehem Pike. The staff is great as well. I never have a problem getting an appointment, medication etc. Also they have their own parking along with other practices on the campus. Even though we are saying goodbye to a great doctor...I would highly recommend this practice.

The office staff are so friendly and helpful…read more As for my Dr. Smith, Friendly? Yes. Enthusiastic - absolutely. Doc went a mile a minute, sometimes even answering some of his own questions. I didn't get to have much input or a moment to talk about my symptoms or experiences. He wanted to know more about past issues than current ones. He even stopped the visit in the middle to tell me about the classical piece of music that was playing, turned it up (while I was experiencing a migraine ) and laughed and joked about the song. He seemed very distracted and scattered. Additionally I was required to be there 15 minutes prior to my appointment and doc didn't show up till 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Leaving me waiting almost a half an hour to be seen. I did not get much from my visit and now have to see another neurologist, a waste of time, energy, insurance claim and co-pay. I am sure there are other docs in this practice that are worthy of a recommendation but as for my experience I can't with good conscience recommend Dr. Smith. 3 stars for clean friendly office, smooth appointment making and easy check in.

I've gone to about 5 neurologist, 3 hospitals to find out why and what's causing my migraines, and instead of having me try to remember every single thing I ate and drank Dr. Greenhouse had me try a couple different medicines to see what would help what wouldn't, I'm not rich, so dr. Greenhouse gets samples from companies of the medicine she uses and she gave me enough till I could get to the pharmacist because she didn't want me suffering. Not only is she amazing the receptionist are too! They are so kind and caring and actually want to know if your okay and doing better. I love this place and actually I need to make an appointment soon! (Maybe after all the corona). In the end I'm saying I highly recommend this practice for people trying to solve their migraines.

I just saw her in the office a week prior. Per office staff ( not Michele, she is the best!) I had to make another office appointment in order for her to go over the MRI per "the policy". I would have to be put on the cancelation list and hope someone cancels soon. I find this unacceptable and canceled my follow up appointments for December and will not be returning to this practice. Unfortunately, I probably should have asked to speak with Dr. Greenhouse herself if she was willing to return a call and maybe she would have been more understanding? All I can say Dr. Greenhouse, I hope you listen to the voicemails your patients leave and not just rely on your office staff because she obviously does not understand how to prioritize what they are requesting. Maybe she is relative in some way to Dr. Greenhouse because I cannot see how she has a job there for so long!
