When I first called, the earliest appointment available that worked with my insurance was in July. I figured I was out of luck, but the staff were incredibly kind and actually called me back when an opening became available so they could squeeze me in before my trip. I was so grateful. The exam itself was very thorough. Unlike some places I've been where parts of the visit are done virtually, I saw an actual doctor who took the time to do a complete eye exam, including dilation and a full evaluation. It felt like real healthcare rather than being rushed through an appointment just to sell glasses. I also really appreciated how clean and professional everything was. They still have a lot of their infection-control practices in place, including hand sanitizing when you enter and cleaning frames after people try them on. As someone who notices those details, I loved seeing that level of care. My only challenge wasn't really their fault. I have a gigantic head so finding frames that both fit comfortably and look good on my face is always an adventure. I didn't have much luck finding the perfect pair this time, but that's a problem I run into pretty much everywhere. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, thorough care, and a clinic that genuinely felt focused on patients first and eyewear sales second. I'd happily come back.

Dr. Pervaiz takes her time with you during her exam and puts you at ease. What I really appreciated during my most recent exam was that we thought my prescription changed in one of my eyes so she increased the lens strength while testing my eyes. Then, she went back to double check my old prescription before deciding on increasing it. It's a good thing she cross checked because my old prescription was actually correct. They have a lot of options for glasses and work well with VSP (my vision plan). I would recommend this office to anyone looking for new glasses, contacts or an eye exam!

She repeatedly discouraged me and couple of my friends from receiving treatments while openly discussing her personal life throughout appointments, including while holding a needle near my face and eyes. Conversations frequently centered on deeply personal matters, such as family and relationship issues, which I did not feel were appropriate during a medical aesthetic procedure. It did not inspire confidence or create a professional environment. I also experienced a concerning level of staff turnover. It seemed that qualified nurses rarely stayed for long, which raised questions for me about the practice. After spending thousands of dollars there over time, I came away with serious concerns about product handling, sanitation, and consistency in the treatments provided. The owners are very attentive while earning your business, but my experience changed once I raised concerns. Communication quickly stopped. If you're considering cosmetic treatments, I recommend going to an academic medical center such as Jefferson or Penn Dermatology instead. For comparable pricing, you can often be treated by a board-certified physician with specialized medical training. The only downside is that appointments usually require planning and a longer wait, unlike many med spas. After my experience, I would not recommend this practice.

The location is super convenient for me, the wait wasn't bad but would've been better had their computer system not crashed. despite the fact that the computers were down, they were all still so accommodating. overall, the entire staff was SO friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Yenal Kem himself was extremely attentive and considerate with everything I said and all of my concerns. First of all, big kudos to the staff here. Everyone is genuinely caring and kind and they treat their patients like family, with a true concern for their well-being. The time that I spend there always goes by so quickly because it's such a comfortable place to be. Rehabilitation-wise, these guys are also the tops. Every time I visit, I'm asked how I'm doing and whenever something new or different pops up, they adjust my treatment accordingly. Though I'm pretty sure I've got surgery in my future, they are certainly doing their best to help me relieve my pain in the meantime. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Ivy.
