But for the last 3 years their customer service had been terrible. The customer service department has morphed from fair to almost non existent. They don't answer their phone, don't return calls that were left, and have less than adequate hearing adjustment conference calls. One time, I spent 2 hours working with the technicians just to get the man's computer update to start the servicing portion started. Now they have customer service people from the Philippines and they are very hard to understand with there accents and again they don't know what they are doing or underrated what they you are asking for help to fix the problem. I just sent 3 months struggling trying to resolve an issue with my hearing aids with them and they stopped fulfilling their promises to resolve my hearing aid issues. I just now bought new hearing aids from Hear USA where I don't have to work remotely with customer service as they have their customer service in person. I hope this helps you so that you don't have to suffer dealing with a terrible company.

I called to make an appointment but the soonest I could be seen was over 24 hours later. When indicating the dome was in my ear, the suggestion was go to Urgent Care. Personally, I will searching for a better solution. This business does not care other then to upsell newer products. Go elsewhere.

They therefore charged me for the full price (which was very high), faked on programming it on the phone when it was already programmed, then I found out it was not necessary. I question if they thereafter filed for warrenty as they had all of my personal information. Recently I had to replace another aid it came under warranty at no COST! Beware of stores who take advantage of senior citizens.

I took a relative to see them who is some handicapped. She has trouble understanding things that are said to her.
