But for the last 3 years their customer service had been terrible. The customer service department has morphed from fair to almost non existent. They don't answer their phone, don't return calls that were left, and have less than adequate hearing adjustment conference calls. One time, I spent 2 hours working with the technicians just to get the man's computer update to start the servicing portion started. Now they have customer service people from the Philippines and they are very hard to understand with there accents and again they don't know what they are doing or underrated what they you are asking for help to fix the problem. I just sent 3 months struggling trying to resolve an issue with my hearing aids with them and they stopped fulfilling their promises to resolve my hearing aid issues. I just now bought new hearing aids from Hear USA where I don't have to work remotely with customer service as they have their customer service in person. I hope this helps you so that you don't have to suffer dealing with a terrible company.

He wanted the halo and saw that Blue Bell Hearing Aid Center offered this. We made an appointment and was seen by Alicia Lutzky . She is amazing. She patiently explained what he needed . He agreed to try it. He was absolutely amazed at the difference in his hearing and was sorry he didn't do it earlier. Alicia is wonderful. She is always available for questions and to help in anyway. We would recommend this center to anyone who is considering a hearing devise.

I went to Excel PT (formerly Apex) in Blue Bell, PA which I had gone to years ago when I had surgery on my knee. Nothing had changed except the name. The people that work there are fantastic! From the desk to the Therapists! They treat everyone special and give much support all their patients, no matter their problems. I was assigned to Angela Tate and Rachael who were both fantastic. My shoulder is back to normal and I left with information on how to keep everything moving perfect! I need that at 68 years of age. They gave me steps to take at home so when I was not there I could continue my progress to get better faster. Both Angela and Rachael kept close eye on my progress through out all the visits and I knew exactly what I needed to do to get better fast. I did drive farther going to this site, but it was well worth the time and effort and money.

I saw many Drs , Chiropractors and Massuse's to help with the pain but only had temporary relief. Since I have been a patient at Highpoint Pain and Rehabilitation I feel like a new person! This morning I'm told it's a common problem and they were sorry. Too little to late. I'll find a new pain management doctor who actually cares about their patients needs. My experience only.
