Upon completion, the recommendation was to return in six months. When attempting to make the appointment, it was to far out but they would call to schedule the appointment. To date there has been no call for the appointment after seven months. I purchased through Listen 2 Life replacement domes for my hearing aids. The domes fall off in my ear. I called to make an appointment but the soonest I could be seen was over 24 hours later. When indicating the dome was in my ear, the suggestion was go to Urgent Care. Personally, I will searching for a better solution. This business does not care other then to upsell newer products. Go elsewhere.

He wanted the halo and saw that Blue Bell Hearing Aid Center offered this. We made an appointment and was seen by Alicia Lutzky . She is amazing. She patiently explained what he needed . He agreed to try it. He was absolutely amazed at the difference in his hearing and was sorry he didn't do it earlier. Alicia is wonderful. She is always available for questions and to help in anyway. We would recommend this center to anyone who is considering a hearing devise.

I had to replace my hearing aid, fortunately the store had one. The warranty had not expired yet…read more The sales person said that in order for them to claim the warranty I had to promise them as a regular customer which I refused. They therefore charged me for the full price (which was very high), faked on programming it on the phone when it was already programmed, then I found out it was not necessary. I question if they thereafter filed for warrenty as they had all of my personal information. Recently I had to replace another aid it came under warranty at no COST! Beware of stores who take advantage of senior citizens.

I have been bringing my oldest daughter to The Neurology Group for many years. She is only seen…read morehere once a year. Her Neurologist name is Dr. Malcolm McHarg. He is so sweet and very personable. Always making my special needs daughter feel comfortable. Unfortunately he is retiring this year (2026). I will continue taking my daughter to the practice, but will really miss Dr. McHarg. This office is located in Flourtown, Pa. on Bethlehem Pike. The staff is great as well. I never have a problem getting an appointment, medication etc. Also they have their own parking along with other practices on the campus. Even though we are saying goodbye to a great doctor...I would highly recommend this practice.

The office staff are so friendly and helpful…read more As for my Dr. Smith, Friendly? Yes. Enthusiastic - absolutely. Doc went a mile a minute, sometimes even answering some of his own questions. I didn't get to have much input or a moment to talk about my symptoms or experiences. He wanted to know more about past issues than current ones. He even stopped the visit in the middle to tell me about the classical piece of music that was playing, turned it up (while I was experiencing a migraine ) and laughed and joked about the song. He seemed very distracted and scattered. Additionally I was required to be there 15 minutes prior to my appointment and doc didn't show up till 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Leaving me waiting almost a half an hour to be seen. I did not get much from my visit and now have to see another neurologist, a waste of time, energy, insurance claim and co-pay. I am sure there are other docs in this practice that are worthy of a recommendation but as for my experience I can't with good conscience recommend Dr. Smith. 3 stars for clean friendly office, smooth appointment making and easy check in.

It's hard to find a doctor that you really and truly feel comfortable sharing medical history and information with. I had gone to Blue Bell Family Practice for a severe illness and had been misdiagnosed to the point that I had to be hospitialized over New Years two years ago. I should've known the Dr. wasn't "all there" when she showed up in a two-sizes two small track suit, chewing gum and not being able to ask me questions about what was truly ailing me. Yikes! A friend of mine suggested LMG Family Practice, specifically because their office is on the corner of 73 and 202 in Blue Bell - a 2 minute drive away. I got an appointment with Dr. Charles Kish - within minutes, I was hooked. Dr. Kish treats me like I'm an individual, he looks over everything, he's thorough and when I bring something up that needs attention, he never looks at me like I'm wasting his time or that I'm crazy. Recently I was diagnosed with arthritis at age 34 - he never said "Oh you are crazy, you are too young," especially as I have other underlying factors that pushed the arthritis. The front desk staff is also truly great. Robin (Office Manager) and Sarah (RN) are always helpful and get me in when I need to be seen. If ever I have a question, they are quick to call back, get information or get me referrals. I have truly found an office that cares. Thank you LMG!
