Know how much your copay is going in. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER before stepping foot in here because again, they will schedule your appointment and wait until you arrive to tell you information is missing and you can't be seen. After calling the office, I was told I would have to pay another $95, on top of the $166 from the annual exam, if I wanted to have my prescription back, which again, KEEPS ME ALIVE! not to mention the entire time I've been at this practice (was seeing Dr. Rutledge before BLESSED, she wasn't any better) my severe stomach pain, joint pain, nausea, GI issues, and urinary incontinency have been completely ignored.
