Her exams are thorough and done just right, so when your glasses come along, they are perfect for you. The store has a large variety of frames in every style - even bigger frames for us big tall folks. The staff - Amanda is the greatest too, at fitting, at getting just what you need, and caring. They really make you feel special at EyeFit and I recommend them without any question at all! PS Their prices beat the big chains and they make you feel as if YOU are the only customer they have.

She's young, hip, very well-informed, and has a super positive energy. I'm the kind of patient that has a thousand questions and she flew through all of them with me without missing a beat. I have astigmatism in both eyes, and she is the first eye doctor who has ever offered to fit me for contact lenses specifically shaped for astigmatism. I couldn't believe how much more comfortable they were! She is super well-versed in contact lens fitting and gave me good advice regarding Lasik surgery for my intense nearsightedness. In the past she's worked as a front desk employee, eyecare technician, and now as a doctor-- so she knows the ins and outs of EVERYTHING to do with both technical aspects and pricing. One stop shop! The office is clean and pleasant with friendly front-staff folks, and it's in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking. If Dr. Liu ever left this practice I would follow her wherever she went!

I have been coming to this office since it opened (and before that to Dr. Getz's father's office)…read more My wife and I have always been happy there until Dr. Getz retired. The office staff is now unprofessional and extremely rude. My wife tried to make an appoint with the office and, because we do not have insurance, was put on hold for so long that she finally gave up and made an appoint with a different eyecare office. For all the years we both were patients, we paid for our exams and glasses at the time of the fitting, but I guess that was not even considered. I decided to try the office again in July, and paid for my exam and glasses at that time. At the end of January, we received a $25.00 bill with a threat of a $30.00 late payment in 10 days. We had no idea this additional money was owed and asked why a call couldn't have been made instead of the nasty notes. The reply from Ashley was, "We can't call everyone who owes us money!" The bill was paid, and they have lost two long-time patients.

The service is okay, it's just the little things I tend to notice. The staff in the back that takes care of the initial vision assessments were okay. Dr.Etter, the new physician, is ok as well. Maybe being so used to an eye doctor who provided my vision care for over 30 years and is now gone is a difficult void for another doctor to fill for me at this time. All in all, I will continue to come here until a time I feel that I may need to move on to another provider.

I paid $200 out of pocket because they refused my insurance. And the dr wanted a follow up visit in a week. I contacted the front desk, got an appt for tomorrow, and asked what the expectation was and front desk told me $130 for follow up visits. I asked to speak with billing, reached the same Cindy, and from the very start of the call, she was interrupting me, yelling over me, extremely rude after I just wanted clarity on what the out of pocket expense is. I requested a supervisor, she claims she is the supervisor. And I said the way she speaks to people is inappropriate. She claimed I never provided insurance information. I gave the info to her in writing the day of. She had everything and I was forced to pay anyway. At this point, i asked her if she had any proof in writing she informed me she would bill my insurance, and she said no. Obviously not, because I paid. I asked to cancel the appt. She refused to cancel my appointment and decided to be petty and ask me for an email in writing stating I want the appointment canceled. I asked her why she needs an email and her response was "you asked me for something in writing so I'm asking you." That is the rudest associate I have ever encountered in my entire life, and I will never recommend this facility. You don't know how to speak to people and you shouldn't be working in billing.
