This is the 2nd bad experience in the past month with your manager Joseph. I visited today after you all gave me a free entree after my experience on December 15. Today was good until I had to go back be my queso had congealed by the time I got home. I had not noticed the condition of the queso because I asked the young lady at the register to add to my order. I should have checked before leaving because it was Joseph who was fulfilling the order. When I got home, only 3 minutes away and opened the queso it was not edible. I immediately returned to the restaurant and of course Joseph was the first person to say something. He knew the crap he gave me. He went on to say it was cold outside and that they serve at room temperature. I explained that I purchase all the time and this never happens, that if he cannot make it right...that I wanted a refund. He went on to say we don't give refunds; however, he would make me another one. He made another one and handed it to me, no apology...nothing. That's when I asked him for his name and asked if he was the manager. The food not being properly cooked and heated can cause health issues as well. Before I could even get out of ear shot he made a smart comment. I am done with this Willy's location. It is apparent this business owner is going to let Joseph run their business into the ground. It is so unfortunate. This was once a nice and a place that I frequented. I hope that the owner sees this review and others & do some serious training. read more

This was by far the BEST Willy's location I've ever been to! The staff was so kind, helpful, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. It was my first time visiting, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience -- even warming up water in the kitchen for my baby's bottle. That level of care and hospitality is so rare and truly appreciated. This is hands down my favorite Willy's now, and I'll definitely be back. I'll start by saying that Willy's is never my first choice and the experiences I have had at this location consistently remind of why that is. Located in the Publix shopping center on the corner of Atlanta Road and Concord/Spring sits this location of Willy's. We have been here a handful of times for take-out and sadly, each time we are disappointed. On our most recent visit, we placed our order online and planned on picking it up. Upon arrival, I walk to the designated spot for pick up and the gentleman behind the counter just stares at me for a minute or two. I ask if he can help me and tell him that I am there for my order. He reluctantly helps and retrieves my order and ensures his smart remarks are heard relating to the location of my food. However, not to argue, I let him know I was simply following the instructions as laid out by the signs they have posted and if they would like orders picked up elsewhere, they may need to consider updating their signage. I digress...let's talk food. I normally get the nachos and the partner a burrito. However on this day, mainly because the nachos were unable to be ordered online, I opted for a basic burrito with all things I would have on my nachos...this included cheese dip and chipotle ranch. However, neither of these items showed up in my burrito. On the flip side, my partners taco salad, which was ordered with the tortilla shell was made as less salad, more bowl. In addition to the tortilla missing, they neglected to put ANY cheese in the dish, even though cheese dip and shredded cheese were ordered. Both meals were disappointing in their own rights. Between the service, or lack thereof, the missing ingredients that created the subpar food and overall "meh" experience, I think we will certainly look elsewhere next time our Tex-Mex craving hits. read more

The "Rona Chronicles" So I love Willy's! I use to work here as a caterer for the company until I was let go over 10+years ago no love lost at all. Actually, I really enjoy coming here whenever I come home to visit the metro ATL area & thats often! So, I usually order the same thing (i.e., chicken burrito, chicken hardshell chicken taco, & small queso). Today I had the reg. chicken burrito with: Pinto Beans, Rice, Cheese, Pico, Guacamole, Sour Cream, & Chipotle salsa on the side. I also ordered a small queso for my chips. Overall, the food is fresh and great as always! My only two gripes is the chicken loosing its flavor once cooked. It seems that over time, the marinade has become so watered down that I no longer taste it in the chicken. In return, the chicken taste bland and flavorless. The guac also lacked seasoning. Now, this may be a bad batch of flavorless guac & chicken because I have had really great food at several of their locations so take it with a grain of salt! All and all I love Willys & you should too! They are BETTER than Chipotle & Moes (there I said it )! Now in comparison to Qdoba that's one I have to fester on. Just got back in town and I decided to get lunch. Yes I'm still reaping the benefits of my rewards for my birthday. Willy's Mexican restaurant was in close proximity, and I'm glad I made that choice because everything was delicious. I had a 50% off coupon that allowed me to get anything I wanted on the menu, so I decided to get the Baja Chicken Bowl. That came with pico de gallo, lettuce, queso, sour cream, guacamole, rice and beans, and my choice of meat. And I also added on Southwestern corn and black olives. Everything was fresh and to my liking! The line was a little long, but it moved very fast. The associates were very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. The usual cost for a burrito bowl is just under $9, and today I only had to pay $4 which was great. You also get free chips and salsa with your meals as well so that's a plus. read more

I visited this location on Monday July 24th 2023 for lunch. They were quite busy. I watched the girl associate running the cash register and adding the selected toppings. I witnessed her touching the money and cash register, then walking over and dipping her hands in the lettuce, cheese, etc without changing her gloves. There were several people in front of me and she did not put on fresh gloves. When it was my turn she went to put her hand in the lettuce and I asked her to put on a fresh glove. I could not even eat my lunch after witnessing this. I did reach out to corporate and left 3 messages. They did not respond. Therefore I called the Cobb County restaurant inspection and they are going to pass along this information to the Cobb inspector. I have been. LONGTIME customer of Wllies. I have lived in Georgia all my life, so I have been to several Willy's locations over the years. This Willy's (located in the same shopping center as Newks and Bad Daddys) is by FAR my favorite. I am a regular customer (3x a week). The freshness of good, quality and speed of service, and overall experience are top-notch. Charles, Nick, Wes, and Q always keep this place running in peak condition. They treat their guests very well by remembering our orders and greeting us with smiles. Not to mention they roll burritos better than anyone I've seen. It is no surprise that this is a frequent stop for law enforcement and the military as well. I often see them in there. Overall, I love coming to get food here. I hope the current staff sticks around. read more

Went last night at 7:30 for dinner and they were closed. A sign on the door said they were closing at 7pm now although all of their online hours don't reflect that. So i went back today for lunch. I arrived at 12:15 and was told the rice wasn't ready. I waited thinking it would be ready soon until I overheard the employee tell one of the other 6 people waiting for rice that it would be 30minutes before the rice would be ready. The food is mediocre & the salsa bar was spoiled. Once I got into my food the salsa i had was carbonated and spoiled. THIS IS A HEALTH VIOLATION! plus the mango lime drink I had did not taste fresh. My husband and I come into this Willy's a few times a month. The service is fast paced and timely, the workers are courteous even when there are long wait times. The food always taste fresh. TERRIBLE!!! Willy needs to step in and save this great location. It's 6:30 on a Monday and it's empty. Our chips are greasy and undercooked. My sons cheese quesadilla was not heated to melt cheese and was sent back. My burrito was cold, inside and out. i had to ask the guy if there was any more roasted red peppers when he was picking bits out of an empty tray. He then checked the fridge and pulled out a full container. Long time Willy's fan but will not return here. Staff always seems to be in training and it's gotten worse, much worse. Not better. Upon entering the restaurant NO ONE greeted me. The tall black guy looked at me but continued preparing the online orders, a black young lady came from the back but didn't say anything to me until a minute or two later. When the man finally spoke he asked me what I wanted to order, I said a KIDS steak quesadilla. I proceed to get condiments and go to the register when my food is ready. The lady rings me up for a regular quesadilla , I tell her it's a KIDS quesadilla. The black girl asks the black man and he said she said small , I said no I asked for a KIDS one since it's for a child. He then asks if I want it or not....at this point I'm annoyed with him. I asked the ladies what the price difference was and he yells "I don't know"...first of all I wasn't talking to him seeing as he's not working a register. The lady at the register charges me for a kids quesadilla for the error. She gives me a cup and tells me where the cookies are. While my back is turned to get my drink, I hear him say "she said small". So I turn around and correct him and told him that he must can't hear because he certainly didn't hear me come in the door because he didn't greet me when I walked in. I was already eerie about eating at this location because they have an 82 health score but the rudeness of the man making the food has ensured that I won't be visiting this location again or ordering catering for the Fortune 500 company I work for nor any of the 100s of locations we own. EDIT: I just got home and my guac is BROWN! EDIT #2: also noticed my spicy salsa isn't in my bag SMH the young lady even repeated the salsa back to me while I was completing my transaction and she was bagging my food! Like seriously what is it with this location and its employees ?? I'm driving a little further to Chipotle at this point smh. EDIT #3: this bad visit is just the gift that keeps on giving y'all...I just took a sip of my sprite and it's flat as a sheet of paper smh! This seriously has to be a joke at this point! I've had Willy's before in Atlanta and it was great. When I walked into this one, two young female employees were playing around with the food. Food was everywhere. Nothing was clean. One girl was scared to cook the meat because "it popped on her neck" and she dropped utensils on the floor and continued to picked them up and use them again. I left without ordering. Disgusting. They need to be fired or trained because clearly they are no leaders on board. read more

Hot mess! I feel ill after eating at this establishment. Quality of food and cleanliness of this Willy's was unacceptable on Sunday 8/7/2017. I've eaten here before and had a good experience. What happened to caring about the food and customers??? The woman that made our tacos acted as if she was serving slop. And what we were served WAS absolute slop. Chicken and pork was served cold! Disgusting. Ingredients were throw down without any care. A healthy serving of bas attitude!!! Taco and burrito shells were served "al dente" and cold without steaming them at all. The pork was also over sauced and runny. Gross. The staff was also not paying attention and serving meals without any chips to us and at least another customer. When I did get the chips they were broken in small pieces and stale. One of the workers pointed us out since my small children grabbed cookies and told the coworker to be sure to charge us. I'm the CEO of a technology company and not here to steal your cookies. Normally they are included with children's meals. Two of the salsa stations were completely empty. Food and trash all over the restaurant. Condition of the floors and seating made it challenging to select a table. It was the opposite of a welcoming experience. So disappointing considering we are big Willy's fans and have had many great experiences at the one close to Paces Ferry. And some good experiences at this location prior. read more

Never again.....My friend and I arrived about 7:30. ... You would think they had a rush or something. The place was filthy...tables and sauce bar, drink machine etc not wiped down. MY friend ordered a beef burrito, the beef was like beef jerky. I ordered the Baja burrito special, they were out of rice, green peppers, guacamole etc. We were told it would be a few minutes. The chips had more oil on them, you could take your napkin and pat the chips and the napkin became so oily. This is the 1st time and last time I will ever come here. Out of town on business, stopped by for lunch with my husband. We were never greeted when we walked in the door. There was a tall black man working who was very out of the way, he messed up my husband's order twice, and still ended up giving him the wrong item. The short Hispanic girl mixed up our orders and gave my husband my beans, which he hates beans. At this time we had just given up on what WE wanted. My husband asked for salsa on his burrito, they put it on mine. After paying (and stupidly giving a tip, which we regret) we sit down, noticed we were never given salsa for our chips. I walked up to the counter to ask, the Hispanic woman rolled her eyes, threw my two tiny salsa containers on the counter where the nice black lady handled them to me. At this time, my husband and I just both want to leave, but we sat down ate our terrible food. After our meal we used the restroom before returning to work, the lady's room had no toilet paper, the men's room had no hand towels.
