Once I got there (Unbeknownst to the person at the register, I actually understand and speak a little bit of Spanish) I peeped the conversation between he and someone from the kitchen and that was my understanding. Now granted, it was a large order and in this day and age, you don't want to be making a bunch of food that never gets picked up I guess, so I have some understanding, but if there was a genuine concern there, since the food was already paid for, they maybe could've called back prior to my arrival, for confirmation. Ultimately, the food was good, no complaints from my coworkers and other than a bunch of wasted time (I ended up waiting around for a good 40 minutes) - Success and satisfaction, but still shaking my head!!

My only complaint is that when you order takeout in person, they add a 15% takeout fee. I don't really see what additional cost justifies that fee. The food is great, but the takeout fee makes ordering from here less appealing. Ambience is good.
