My oh my... Just got home with my Uber Eats order from here, a chicken quesadilla, with just a couple toppings added. To my surprise, I take a bite and find 0 chicken in my chicken quesadilla. Not a singular piece of chicken! How?! If you see below, you'd wonder why I continue frequenting this place. I love the food but the service is just something else. read more

BESSSSTTTT FOOOOD EVER. i miss it. take me back to it. kids meal. amazing my go to. recommend to anyone.

We ordered cheese dip and a burritos with cheese dip on it. The cheese dip had a burnt taste to eat and we tried to get a partial refund from uber eats for the dip and burrito. They gave a refund for the dip but not the burrito. We sent several pictures and spoke with several operators and they would not give us a refund for the burrito. Poor customer service from uber eats. Switching to door dash and thinking twice before ordering Willy's. read more

We usually remember and think about coming to Willys on Sundays, but it's probably the worst time to go to a Willys - unless you go right at 11. The food is good. The staff is usually quite friendly. The owner is usually working alongside them so that is nice. However, when it gets really busy, it get's really messy and dirty. You can see food on the floor behind the counter - which makes sense if they're slinging food to get it out quickly. But the tables are not wiped down and can sometimes sit for 5 - 10 minutes before noticed. I hate to get down on Willys, because I know they're trying and I understand the shortages in staff (kinda), but it is something customers should know before going and the staff become aware... We will still eat Willys, especially on not busy times. But that knocks it down from 5... read more

Willy's is always great, but this location is INCREDIBLY inconsistent. They never fill up your bowl all the way, and they are always out of corn. It's just annoying when you're spending so much money, all The ingredients should be available. The employees are also SO slow. Not all, but most. If this is the only Willy's nearby, it's good enough, but I'd make the drive to a different one. read more

I am an employee here at Willy's Mexicana Grill. I really enjoy working here, and would definitely recommend this restaurant as a place of employment to anyone in the area who needs employment. Especially if you have any kind of special needs or neurodivergence. The managers are really nice, and work well with employees who are on the spectrum and/or have ADHD. Such as yours truly. Our benefits include a daily half-off discount for all food items, one free meal every shift, all drinks are free, a free meal on our birthdays, and more. If you're neurodivergent, in the area, and looking for a new job in the food & catering industry, then perhaps Willy's Mexicana Grill East Cobb is a good job for you! read more

Willy's offers a build-your-own approach with plenty of proteins (adobo chicken, steak, tofu), veggies, and salsas--plus free chips and salsa with every entrée. It's praised for its high‑quality ingredients and variety. Terrence and Gage were so sweet and kind. read more

100% recommend. Amazing food and service. Very big menu with fresh ingredients. Even though the lunch rush can get very busy everyone was super fast and helpful. a young gentlemen (Taylor) helped me navigate their items and decide on a taco salad bowl that was AMAZING!! read more

Dinner was awful. I ordered chicken nachos and the chicken was more fat than meat. Complained and replaced the chicken with same fatty filled chicken. Every table was filthy dirty in the restaurant. Do NOT recommend. Will never go back to Willys again! read more

Ordered 2 burritos tonight for takeout. One was fine, but my chicken burrito had no chicken and the wrong rice. I took a break from this place for several months because of order errors, and should have continued my boycott. After arriving home I tried to call to discuss the order and resolution. You can't reach the store. Following email instructions for feedback takes you to an unsecured site warning. I won't be back, but if you roll the dice and order takeout, I suggest you unroll your burrito before leaving to verify you got what you paid for. read more

We came in here on a Saturday night. The restaurant was clean. The staff was very welcoming and the service was fast. We ordered the chicken tacos on a flour tortilla. It was really good and flavorful !!! I'd recommend ordering that. I'd return! read more

They've raised their prices and lowered the portion sizes, which is such a shame. We used to enjoy coming here regularly, but now it's over $50 for a family of four, and the portions just don't justify the cost anymore. It's disappointing to see a place we once loved lose its value. read more

I am highly dissapointing with how Willy's as a company is handling the coronavirus pandemic. This makes two terrible experience at Willy's recently. Here it's very hard to order because of the blaring music, and there is little to no social distancing. They have social distancing tapes on the ground, but I seemed to be the only one paying attention to those. No employees enforced the distancing. Also, they had a sign that said "take this sanitizing spray and clean your table." No spray in sight. I'm not sure how you're meant to clean your table with just paper towels. Food was okay. I wouldn't visit until COVID-19 is over if I were you read more

I was there a few days ago at about 8 PM. The place was disgustingly dirty. There was food all over the floor in the dining areas and the food service area, ie, where you order your food, was filthy and very messy. There was spilled food everywhere - I mean not a little, but a lot. It looked like it was a bunch of teenagers running the place. I don't know that I'll return anytime soon. Scary...... read more

We ordered food online and arrived just before the promised time. The order wasn't ready until 20 minutes after the promised time. One of our quesadillas had beans which were not ordered. Another quesadilla didn't have enough cheese to hold it together. A burrito was cold (not even room temp). We also ordered bottled Coke Zero which was substituted with Diet Coke without telling us. Overall a horrible experience and will be requesting a refund. I don't think we'll be back at this location since there always seems to be issues when we do. read more

This location is improving compared to few months ago. Less errors & more consistent. Willy's is always a favorite

GREAT Catering experience!! We recently picked up a small catering order for a soccer tailgate from this restaurant. We ordered the Taco Bar for 15 people. It was ready as promised. An employee promptly greeted me, reviewed the order and helped me carry it to my car. The manager even stopped by to thank me for my order. They seemed to have several catering orders that day and were extremely well organized. They included everything we would need to serve the food. Literally, all I had to do was unpack the boxes once we got to the tailgate. Everyone loved it (tacos are a crowd pleaser!) and there was plenty of food. We'll definitely order catering from here again!! read more

Love the food, and the employees are always friendly. But goodness are they slow. I'm not joking, a 5 person line took 30 minutes, that is not an exaggeration. It's clear the reason why they are slow.....they get so many takeout orders, and their kitchen isn't equipped to handle them. These orders got prioritized over the customers waiting in line. I saw several people walk out the door in frustration. What made it so hard was that I had 2 young, hungry children waiting with me who couldn't fathom why it was taking so long. Hoping they get this fixed, I can't afford to have a scenario like this happen again. read more

If ordering online, good luck getting your food in any normal amount of time. This seems to be unique to this location. On 5+ orders, the meal has not been ready in time and sometimes it has been as much as 30 minutes late despite one of us arriving in time and having a moderate line. The local staff will not prioritize and online order over people in line even if Willy's staff missed the order and or are significantly late. And, if you ask about your order being late, 50/50 that Willy's staff at the location will be unkind (those that are nice are really nice though). On this recent order, they did not include multiple ordered items, which has happened in the past as well. Great place If ordering In person and going through the line. read more

On a Baja Burrito, I always get, there was less than half a scoop of rice and beans and even less salad and almost no guacamole. You can see the bottom of the pan between the rice and beans. No cheese sauce on top. This after my wife complained 4 times. Of course all the other orders were equally skimpy. We usually get a bag of chips, small bag, for each meal. This time we were given one small bag for 4 meals. Then charged extra when we ask for the right amount. I tried to call, too tired for me to go there, the recorder said to send an email. We only spend $100-$150 per week so they won't miss us when we go across the street to Chipotle. read more

WOW. THIS PLACE FED ME RANCID STEAK I WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN. 1 steak burrito gave me diarrhea, and when I got home from work I puked the whole thing out of me like a demon. The steak was bad and made me feel like shit. I'm not suing but I could. Food poisoning. read more

Food was good which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. No carbonated beverages available, ice machine moldy, dead roach on floor next to my seat, and very narrow pathway to bathroom you have to squeeze by. No way it is ADA compliant. Lemonade which is usually my favorite at Willys was so bitter today, I had to throw and get an unsweetened tea instead. Bathroom disgusting. read more

If you've been to one Willy's, then you know what the food's like at all Willy's!! So, there are a few other reasons for this review and a *me likey* vote for this particular location . . . The coolest drink machine I've ever seen! It's this space-age looking silve contraption with a touch screen - how fun is that?! You have a choice of about 97 different drinks, too, including various flavors of PowerAde and multiple Fantas in addition to the expected standbys. Hey, sometimes it's the little things that get a girl excited! A cute little patio that will be great for dining on when it's not a thousand degrees outside. It's close to the East Cobb neighborhood the boy and I frequent sometimes and since it's been awhile since I lived so close to a Willy's, having one on the right side of the road (easy access is a plus on a busy stretch of the suburban part of Roswell Rd!) directly on the way to their house is like a double bonus! Props to my man, Willy. read more

The service was nice. After tasting this food I have come to the conclusion that these reviews on this page must be paid reviews. I have never had anything so gross before. I tried to just eat it because I bought it but it but come on, Yall can't do any better than this? I should have known by the name that it was about to be nasty. Willy and the crew need to figure out how to prepare food. Never again! read more

Good food, fresh and tasty. But what led me to write this review was the outstanding service. They made us feel special and happy that we were there, despite our order requiring extra effort. A young man named Grant had a great attitude about everything, and the manager checked on us at our table. They pay extra attention to cleanliness, too. This kind of service and customer attention is most welcome! read more
