    My (un)happy meal!
    Saul S.

Went to pick up dinner at this Chick-fil-A location for me, wife (Emily), and granddaughter (Juniper) last night around 7 pm (Saturday, July 17, 2021). I used the drive-through service and ordered a kids meal for Juniper, a chicken sandwich and (soggy) waffle fries for Emily and chicken nuggets and (soggy) waffle fries for me. I got home and couldn't find my chicken nuggets in the little box they normally come in. In a second search through the bag however, I discovered a small round styrofoam (?) container filled with strange looking thingies in it. Turned out these were awful tasting overly garlicky grilled chicken lumps. Ugh. (Before last night, I didn't even know this disgusting item was even on the menu). This was extremely upsetting to me. Emily and Juniper got what they ordered, but I didn't. Hungry and angry, I called the restaurant's phone number but was immediately transferred to voice mail and asked to leave a message which I did. In my message, I described what happened and asked that they refund me the $18 that I paid for this junkie food. I left my phone number but have not heard back (not that I actually expect a call back). I intend to call both the restaurant and (if necessary) Chick-fil-A world headquarters on Monday! I am ready to return the container of garlicky chicken lumps (they are in a refrigerator in our garage) to Chick-fil-A upon request! I will update this review accordingly. Signed - A VERY disgruntled customer.

Worst Chickfila. From now on I'll drive the extra 3 miles to the East Lake Location. This store doesn't have curbside pickup as an option. Drive thru is extremely slow. They're whole app ordering system is a disaster. They need to close down for a few weeks and reevaluate the entire parking lot because it's a hot mess. Heck, why not just shut down forever. Food is good, just it's very inconvenient to go here

Whole lot of biscuit, not a lot of chicken. That piece was approx the same volume as a single chicken strip and a half-- doesn't seem right.

Whole lot of biscuit, not a lot of chicken. That piece was approx the same volume as a single chicken strip and a half-- the smallest filet I'd ever had, for real. I dress my sandwiches with sauces so I inadvertently gauge how big the filet is, this was not the standard size. Service was friendly and efficient though. Nonetheless, we come to Chick-fil-A for the chicken.

    My order spelled out.

Opposite Day at Chick-fil-A? Ordered a salad for mobile pickup with NO bacon and NO egg. Drove all the way home to find I got a salad not only WITH bacon and WITH egg but WITHOUT dressing. Wasted $8 and missed lunch. This location is brand spanking new (well, it's an old location but they rebuilt the restaurant from the foundation up). So it's nice now, but really unreliable if you don't order straight off the menu and a MADHOUSE to get in and out of. It's the busiest Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. And I've visited dozens, six days a week, from FLA to GA and CA and all points in between. Prepare to wait inside or out but more importantly, there aren't enough spots to meet customer demand, so parking and just getting to the drive thru is like an every-mom-for-herself, white-knuckle game of musical-chairs-meets-chicken. The pros? If you get what you order, it tastes pretty darn good.

Most consistently inconsistent Chick-Fil-a in the country. Always check your order before you leave. There is almost always something wrong.

Food is great. Service is okay, but they could be better about not wasting food. The setting is kind of gross because of all the mess.

Parking lot is a little awkward, but it's more the fault of the shopping center than CFA.

The food here is genuinely excellent--some of the best Korean fried chicken I've had in Atlanta…read more The skin is incredibly crispy, the meat is tender and juicy, and the chicken is clearly butchered and cooked with care. The sauces are a real highlight, especially the gochujang-based one, which was absolutely phenomenal. They're generous with the sauce, too, which adds even more flavor to an already well-executed dish. That said, it's hard to ignore the price point. This is easily the most expensive Korean fried chicken spot I've been to. While the quality justifies the cost to an extent, it's still a noticeable jump from other similar places. And while the chicken is very good, it's not necessarily the best in Atlanta--though it's definitely in the top tier. Another thing that stood out was the lack of lower-cost or smaller portion options. There were only half and whole birds available, with no quarter bird or sandwich options, which makes it difficult for someone looking for a more affordable or lighter meal. It feels like they're missing an opportunity to appeal to a broader lunch crowd. In short: it's pricey, but you're getting high-quality, expertly prepared Korean fried chicken. Just be prepared to spend a bit more--and maybe come hungry.

I also got a side order of greens, although, as the daughter of a GRITS (Girls Raised In The South), greens and Mac & cheese have to be next level. First, the chicken was crisp and juicy. It had flavor and I enjoyed it. The biscuit was fluffier than I thought it would be. Second, the greens; OMG the greens! whose Auntie made them because they were GOOOOOODDD! I wish I got the cornbread to dip in the pot likka. Definitely a 10 x 100! Now, why this got three stars - the ribs. They looked good in the pictures but they were an extremely small half slab. Fall off the bone - yes, but they had no seasoning, weren't smoked at all, and were dipped in a cheap watery bbq sauce. Not oven/smoker braised - dipped. I know it's a chain, but they should invest in a smoker. This was a the only thing I hated. Would I
