I have been a customer of this store every day for about 7 years since I moved to Marietta. I have tried other CFAs, but by far, this one has been the best, because of its fresh food and good service, or at least that's what I believed until recently. The last few times I've been there, I happened to witness very unpleasant things from a specific person. This person is a tall dark-skinned woman with a good figure and has a short name. A few days ago, I was observing her behavior and took the liberty of asking her name and position, and I was told she was a leader and that her name was Mat or Mah. I go to this store daily, and every day she is there, while I wait for my order, I keep noticing her erratic, arrogant, and authoritative attitude when she speaks to the people working in the kitchen. I wonder if the operator of this CFA knows about the behavior of this employee? Or maybe they know the fine line between being a boss and being a good leader? I think this person is very far from fulfilling what it means to be a good leader in such a renowned business as this company, known for its Christian principles, customer service, and excellence in public attention. It's no secret to anyone that in most of these places, the kitchen staff are mostly people from other countries. Are we dealing here with a case of racism? This hasn't happened just once; every time I go, I have to see this person working in a bad mood and treating the people around her like garbage, without considering that they are also human beings and not work machinery. And then you have to see how she addresses the customers with that fake smile that only shows her double standards. Folks, the place where one works should be a temple; it's where you spend the majority of your hours of the day. I have to say that it hasn't been just once or twice that I've noticed this; practically every day she has this despotic and unpleasant attitude, and her bosses should evaluate this thoroughly because she is certainly bitter and empty, and her attitude as a leader says a lot about this store. I know that in a fast food business, speed of service is crucial, but honestly, it makes me feel really bad to have to eat in a place where the workers are treated like slaves by this person. It would be good for whoever runs this store to take these attitudes into account when assigning such an important position as a leader, to people who humiliate and demean their coworkers when they should guide, motivate, and correct with respect, for the good running of the business. Even though I am so upset with this specific person, I must acknowledge the good work and hospitality of Preston, Camila, and Robert, who always make my stay there more enjoyable and the reason I always come back. Chick Fil A has certain standards that they all operate by, but this one did not represent that stantard. We showed up at 4pm on Saturday and waited to give our order even though there was no one else at the counter. The associate finally wandered over and mumbled something that we couldn't understand. We gave him our order and my wife asked for some honey mustard and although I wanted some sauce none was offered & he finalized the order. Typically, when placing the order, the associates ask if sauce is needed. We were given our placard and told to go take a seat. The place was filthy with trash on the floor and tables had trays from people that had already eaten and left. Almost every table and chair had debris on it. The mens restroom was also dirty and unkept. The food showed up a few minutes later but we still had to wait for our drink. (How hard is it to dispense a soda?!?) There were a lot of employees just joking around and standing behind the counter. The food was mediocre at best and the fries were soft and not very hot. When we got up to leave after eating our meal, the tables around the lobby still had not been cleaned and nobody seemed to care. I agree with the other reviewers. Definitely much smaller portions than any other Chick-fil-a. Very skinny chicken breast. Nothing but bun on both sides. Drive through is two lines that narrows into one making it slower than others that have dual lanes throughout and a mobile only line. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

My experience is always hit or miss here. Overall it's fairly clean, but my order is incorrect more than half the time. The younger workers always kindly fix it. There is an older woman who has glasses and a long brown pony tail that has worked there for years. She is the most angry Chick-Fil-A worker I have ever encountered. So much money and so little care. The revival tent I had been up once again since the drive thru expanded. It's a trashy look for a restaurant get certainly must be one of the top performing restaurants in their system. It's a shame the owner won t fix the problem so it looks nice and surprising no one has called it on for permits or safety. Went to pick up dinner at this Chick-fil-A location for me, wife (Emily), and granddaughter (Juniper) last night around 7 pm (Saturday, July 17, 2021). I used the drive-through service and ordered a kids meal for Juniper, a chicken sandwich and (soggy) waffle fries for Emily and chicken nuggets and (soggy) waffle fries for me. I got home and couldn't find my chicken nuggets in the little box they normally come in. In a second search through the bag however, I discovered a small round styrofoam (?) container filled with strange looking thingies in it. Turned out these were awful tasting overly garlicky grilled chicken lumps. Ugh. (Before last night, I didn't even know this disgusting item was even on the menu). This was extremely upsetting to me. Emily and Juniper got what they ordered, but I didn't. Hungry and angry, I called the restaurant's phone number but was immediately transferred to voice mail and asked to leave a message which I did. In my message, I described what happened and asked that they refund me the $18 that I paid for this junkie food. I left my phone number but have not heard back (not that I actually expect a call back). I intend to call both the restaurant and (if necessary) Chick-fil-A world headquarters on Monday! I am ready to return the container of garlicky chicken lumps (they are in a refrigerator in our garage) to Chick-fil-A upon request! I will update this review accordingly. I had to return my food because it was literally so hard. Ordered a chicken biscuit and the bring was crumbly and the meat was super small, hard & cold. The hash browns was so cold and hard. The old lady in the front is not very welcoming at all. The staff in general isn't welcoming. I felt like I walked in wrong establishment. I was dissatisfied with quality of egg & cheese biscuit. order was brought to me and after unwrapping the egg & cheese biscuit, I saw that the cheese wasn't melted and still cold. I took up to counter asking if it can be warmed so cheese melts. young man replied "cheese is stored cold that's why not melted". (DUH!!) I replied that it's supposed to be melted. He put in warmer for about 5 minutes and brought it to me. Still cold and not melted. Opposite Day at Chick-fil-A? Ordered a salad for mobile pickup with NO bacon and NO egg. Drove all the way home to find I got a salad not only WITH bacon and WITH egg but WITHOUT dressing. Wasted $8 and missed lunch. This location is brand spanking new (well, it's an old location but they rebuilt the restaurant from the foundation up). So it's nice now, but really unreliable if you don't order straight off the menu and a MADHOUSE to get in and out of. It's the busiest Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. And I've visited dozens, six days a week, from FLA to GA and CA and all points in between. Prepare to wait inside or out but more importantly, there aren't enough spots to meet customer demand, so parking and just getting to the drive thru is like an every-mom-for-herself, white-knuckle game of musical-chairs-meets-chicken. Great Chick-fil-A with a great drive-thru experience. We have been coming here for years and always get a variation of the same things - Chick-fil-A sandwich, strips, and an ice cream. The food has always been fresh and we go this location even though another is closer to us because the food here seems better (and not greasy). It is definitely crowded, but count the cars in the drive-thru and see how quickly they pass through and you will see they have it together. If I could give this place 0 stars I would in an instant. Easily the worst chick fil a I've ever been too. And coming from someone who used to work there, the speed of service and sense of urgency here is gone! I literally just watch my food sit there as the employees just talk in the back not running food out and just letting it sit there. They turn there monitors all the way so no one else can see the amount of orders that are in red which means it's been longer then 5 min waiting for a order. Once they bag the order it sits there for another 5 mins until someone eventually runs it out once they start noticing so many people staring at them waiting for there food. This place just needs to either re train the entire staff or just hire a new staff because they really are tainting the standards of Chick-fil-A to the point where I'm surprised another Chick-fil-A actually met their own standards. I normally do not come here, but when I do, something weird happens. Today I was there to pick up some "go" food and I thought that I was in some SuperBowl commercial. They had mason jars decorated asking for people to donate money in order to help a couple adopt a child. Two teenagers were at the entrance clearly handing out flyers for - who knows? And the cashier whose name starts with J looks like he would have flunked a health inspection of the state of Georgia ever mandated it. I stood in front of the register and noticed (more or less counted) the number of times that he rubbed his fingers onto his chin and I got up to 12 before the order was over. Honestly dude, that's disgusting. Touching your face, scratching your nose, itching your - you know what, is not just unsanitary, it's tacky as tuck and I don't want your hands touching my credit card afterwards. Order is taken in a prompt manner, they tell you which car to follow to avoid the awkward bottleneck, and the food is consistently delivered accurately and as ordered. You can place a mobile order but you have to wait in this huge drive-through line to pick it up in the morning because they have canceled doing in-store pick ups. What's the point of doing a mobile order if I have to go through the drive-through line to tell the person I'm here so they can start preparing it. I am a long time east cobber from the local neighborhood that visited Chick-fil-A very frequently. I canceled my order and will not order from here again until they resolve the mobile order issue. I love this chick-fil-a location! now, I know all chick-fil-a places are known for their customer service, but this place has probably got to be my fave. -- out of all of atlanta locations. there's not much explaining that needs to be done. all you guys need to know about this particular location is (according to my personal experiences).. - they've never messed up any of my orders - they're super friendly over the phone, in store, and drive-thru - the staff are very youthful. a lot of youngins work here, but they're all very nice and have good manners - everyone smiles; even the manager - they're not stingy with the sauces. need extra? just ask and they'll be happy to grab them for ya - they actually ask you about your day or make quick small talk -- it's cool when you're not in a hurry - clean atmosphere. I always tend to come when they're sweeping the parking lot and indoors as well I do feel weird giving a fast food place 5 stars.. but this location has never done me wrong so why not! read more

I absolutely LOVE this Chick-fil-a! Their team is awesome and consistent. Crazy as it sounds, I've gotten to know many of the team members just through neighborly friendliness. I look forward to seeing them when I go to CFA. It's become part of "the experience". They handle my large family's orders with great accuracy.
