The Bride always gets the al pastor hurache (I can't spell it correctly!) and I need to branch out from the chorizo and pastor street tacos one day. I think the sauces are homemade because the heat in the hot sauces vary from visit to visit, I like that as it keeps me on my toes. They now sell beer and have done for a while.
