Great latte and drip coffee with breakfast egg sandwiches on bagels. Everything bagels have a great amount of seasoning. Egg is fresh and the cheese was great cheddar. Never again. Easily the worst bagel I've ever eaten. Let's start with the fact that in the pouring rain they had a skimpy little tent in front of a sliding window to order through. You can't even go inside. All for COVID safety but this seems a little over the top. Had to step in a giant puddle just to read the menu on the table under the tent. As for the bagel itself, I ordered chipotle Mayo on it but it was hardly that. The ratio of Mayo to hot sauce was probably 1 to 9. It was so spicy that it overpowered any other flavor in the bagel. If your chipotle Mayo is going to be that spicy, you should give your customers a heads up. After ordering we were told they would "run it out to us." What this meant is they poked their head out of the door and called the name, expecting us to be standing there in the rain. All in all, not really sure why it gets all the hype it does. read more

I love this bagel place so much!! My most favorite bagel place in VT hands down. The bagels are so unique and so flavorful. I also love that they have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. I always get the egg and cheese bagel with vegan field roast sausage and it's SO good. I also recommend trying a bagel bomb. The best! love everything about this place. offers traditional bagel shop fare, but also much more. inspired sandwich ideas and lots of creative vegetarian and vegan options. i so enjoyed the "jasper": brie, apple, spinach, sage, and honey mustard on a butternut squash bagel. it was a delicious combination of flavors i never would have thought to put together on my own. i got a shot of CBD in my iced coffee - another nice touch. the gentleman who took my order and prepared my bagel was a wonderful kind of cheerful, offered recommendations when i asked, and called me by name when he came by later to ask if i was enjoying my breakfast. willow's has ample indoor and outdoor seating, free wi-fi, and thoughtful touches like bag hangers under the bar and USB ports in the electrical outlets all over the place. i only wish i'd discovered this place on my first day in town, instead of my last. read more

I like the food here, but I think it is massively overpriced. A bagel, a bag of chips, and a coffee was almost 18$. As much as I'd like to come here a lot, I really can't justify it because it's just unreasonably pricey. I've been to this bagel shop twice. The bagels are more crisp than they are chewy which I really enjoy. They have great seasoning and some flavors of bagels and cream cheese that the other bagel shops don't offer. Great service both times. Willow's is a great addition to Burlington! I went here for the first time today for lunch and I was amazed by the genuine kindness of the staff. I had the Indie, no kimchi, on a caramelized onion bagel -- would recommend! I appreciated the variety of flavors and uniqueness of the bagel sandwich options. This was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I'm allergic to milk (cheese, cream cheese, butter, you know, everything that makes a breakfast sandwich worth eating). It's usually hard for me to find stellar breakfast food that doesn't make me sick. Their triforce sandwich was what I've been craving for years and never even knew it. I ordered online and forgot to omit the cheese. I called after my order had been placed to ask for this modification and they accommodated it, no problem. Not a huge fan of the bagels here. They bagels are small and very crunchy and the ratio of cream cheese to bagel is off... not much cream cheese at all. There is just something totally off with their bagels. Ordered multiple bagels and everyone in our group was collectively disappointed.
