Very busy mall on Sundays. Parking lot is a war zone. Good selection of brands (express, VS, pandora etc). Good discount price for holiday season if you are looking for gifts. Staff in the mall are overall nice. They have strollers (car shape) for rent. Good for small kids.

Bergen county residents' favorite mall on Sunday :P. They still have a JC Penny somehow, and Aeropostale too. Express is still open here, went there to make a return. Mall was busy. Restrooms were a mess, stalls missing toilet papers, soup. I do like how each store puts their name plate outside, making it very easy to locate from far.

Never a dull visit to this mall.

It's always a pleasure stopping by the Willowbrook Mall. During this visit, I noticed that, within the food court, they will soon be opening a Cuban Pete's Express. Any Cuban Pete fans will soon be very satisfied. Enjoy perusing practically every store imaginable and happy shopping/eating.

With over 160 stores the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, N.J. is the 6th largest mall in the State. It is open 7 days a week. There are very few vacancies. Like most malls it has it's anchor stores like Bloomingdales, Macy's and JC Penny's. I frequent the Apple Store, IFix Station and on occasion Blaze Pizza in the large food court. The mall is kept clean and is well lit. Security has a visible presence both in the parking area and inside the mall. Their could more directories which would be especially helpful to those unfamiliar with the mall. Around the perimeter of the mall are familiar stores like Costco, Dick's Sporting Goods, Panera Bread, etc.. There is a N.J. Transit Station located in mall parking area which is extensive. The transit busses take you to Port Authority Bus Terminal in mid-town Manhattan. I always take the transit. Crossing the George Washington Bridge, Holland Tunnel or Lincoln Tunnel will cost you at least $13. To park your car in NYC will cost you $10 to $40 an hour roughly depending which part of Manhattan you wish to park.

Anyone who enjoys lovely scenery and cleanliness, consider Willowbrook Mall. Getting into the parking lot is pretty decent, and there are plenty of spots to find even was it's crowded. There's quite a variety of stores to choose from, some businesses you won't find in other malls, and of course, general retail. I enjoyed seeing it along my walk. I didn't find too many entertainment stores here, except a jumping launch, which is called Bungee Zone, and Dave and Busters (restaurant as well). The food court has a number of food places to choose from, along with many tables. On busy days, it will be packed during the lunch and dinner rush. You also have restaurants to choose from as well, including Cheesecake Factory, and Yard House. I truly enjoy the architecture at Willowbrook and do a wonderful job keeping it clean. For anyone who hasn't visited, check it out. Note - BJ's, Yard House, Dave and Buster's, and Cinemark are not accessible from the mall, in other words, they have their own entrance.

Been to the Willowbrook Mall many times - they have a variety of stores including department stores, sneakers, sporting goods and more. Food court, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks,Cinnabon, and more... Ample parking all around and easy to go about the mall. Parking is also free here. Been here early on the weekends and it hasn't been too crowded or busy - most of the food court opens at 11AM on the weekends. Stores don't open too early. Restrooms for the most part are well maintained. Some stores closing and new ones opening... BJ's is opening this fall...can't wait. There's a bus stop that will take you to Port Authority Bus Terminal - from either the Willowbrook Mall stop or the Willowbrook Park N Ride.

First time at Willowbrook Mall in about four years or so. They have added some things since my last visit. Perhaps it's only me, but I am not and never have been too impressed by this mall. To be fair, I am not an avid 'mall shopper' per se. However, there are other malls I do not mind. This one, not so much. I needed to stop at Spencer's and thankfully, it was not too crowded on a Sunday. If you're looking a mall with a decent directory of stores, it's a good option. Keep in mind, the store directory/map is not accessible throughout the mall. Everything is digital and must be found via cell phone. Maybe I am still old school, but I miss the days when the mall directory was near the entrance and you could easily locate the store(s) you were looking for. I am a little embarrassed to admit how long it took me to find Spencer's; it was tucked away in a corner at one end of the mall. More than anything, I got in A LOT of steps lol, unintentional or not. Go me!

This mall was nice and air conditioned. Really clean. It wasn't crowded at all. They have lots of stores through the two floors, a nice food court (something for everyone). Massage spot, eyelash threading, T-shirt maker, CBD; amongst other things.

I agree that the weekends is not the time to be coming here. And the improvement in restaurants is a plus.

Really cool wine and liquor store (Stew Leonard's) which counts for 2 of the 4 stars ;) There are very clean public rest rooms too! The food outlets are as follows: Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza - Want to try it, looks pretty cool. Cupcake Cafe - looks ok for coffee, cupcakes don't float my boat so won't be partaking! CUPS Frozen Yogurt - May give it a whirl. It's Greek to Me - Busy place will try as I love Greek food. Joe's Crab Shack - Looks like a tikki bar could be worth checking out. Moe's Southwest Grill - Don't think so! T.G.I. Friday's - Not my cup of tea. Zinburger - I'd like to try this one. The retail stores are pretty generic, nothing exciting, even though I must say that Charming Charlies is merchandised really well! While their gasoline is substantially cheaper than the gas stations around my area, I also grocery shop at Costco for selected items. On this trip I picked up a package of St. Louis ribs ($4.29 lb.), a package of Colossal Shrimp ($9.99 lb. and a cheesecake which I particularly enjoy (4.5 lbs. for $19.99). My son was coming over for Father's Day and my propane grill has been buzzing since early April. Many of the grocery items are bulk purchases, clothing, electronics, alcoholic beverages, and so much more are available. The aisles are wide, the meat and seafood is extraordinary and the gasoline price can't be beat. The membership cost is a small fraction of what you save at Costco Wholesale. This store seems newer as well and they have so much more products than Teterboro. They also have the dining area with their famous pizza and hot dog. They have the tire center and gas stations as well. The electronic section is bigger. And they have a huge section for liquor, selling all sorts of wine and spirits at an amazing Costco like price. I also found the pho boxes I was looking for and the prices were cheaper than online. I also bought a 750 ml bottle of Bartenura Moscato for only $12. Found my favorite mango rasmalai in the store as well. I was so elated to see this store having self checkout lane with about 6 kiosks. That is such a relief as I didn't have to wait in line only to scan and pay for couple of items. I also went to the Customer service to return few items and the staff member was super helpful, processed the return in couple of minutes. Overall I had such better experience at this store compared to the Teterboro one. I would preferably shop more often at this store in future just because of the self checkout lanes.
