I have used Willow Creek Auto Spa car wash on multiple occasions. My preference is their drive-through touchless car wash, which base price is $10. There are typically one to two teammates who wipe down the car, following the wash. So for a couple of bucks for tip, it still ends up being a great deal. read more

The $10 carwash does a horrendous job. No wash at all. The soap just rinses off your car and down the drain. One of the worst car washes in the western United States. I went there a week ago to wash my truck. Everything was out of service except for wash and rinse. I tried again today, and it was the same even in a different bay. The wash took forever to actually dispense soap, and the soap in the brush did absolutely nothing because the brush needs to be replaced after a minute and a half I stopped the wash because I realized nothing good was going to come of this visit. I am very disappointed that this car wash has deteriorated to as bad as the Chino Valley auto wash. Come on people get it together. My truck is still as dirty as it was when I came and even worse because there is no spot free rinse there are water spots all over it! Complete waste of time and money! read more

Used Debit card for payment starts at $4 a wash. I was up to about $8.50 ( Couldn't clearly read under there faded, scratched up screen. but I saw the $8 and something cents.) I pushed my RED BUTTON to end session and was still charged $15!!!!!!!!! I see the charge this morning. I tried calling for customer service but of course no answer NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN.I don't take my car through a regular car wash. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS AUTO SPA. I have gone a few times and never had this problem. Shows their true colors. And no one is ever present to help you, or if you get a complimentary car wash from your car dealership, I don't think they like it. Jenky. I got the complimentary car wash card from Findlay Subaru and there was nobody there to take it so I paid $12 and it didn't even clean the car. The pre-soak didn't work at all. Everything else was jenky. The 'dry' session was squirting water on the drivers side while simultaneously blowing air from above... One of the change machines worked so i was happy. I put in 3.00 and then the coins got jammed. I pounded on the metal to shake them loose. 3 dimes rolled out. Could not put more quarters in. I just left there, it was my first time going into the car wash (I've used the self serve before, never again, the hose was snapped off of the brush making me use the hose to apply the soap then rinse), this time I drove up to where a guy was taking money and pre washing a car, I found out I was in the "touch less" machine. I paid for the most expensive wash (10 bucks) and gave the guy a 2 dollar tip, I drove in and the machine did its thing, but after the last pass on the drying cycle the machine came by from rear to front with water squirting from it which re wetted my car, then the machine said to exit and to exit I had the drive past the machine which was still squirting water. As I was waiting for the machine to finish I saw the guy that took my money and 1 other guy hand wiping down a car that had exited the brush side of the car wash, I figured that they would wipe my soaked car down for me, but they had disappeared, when I exited I sat where the previous car had got wiped down and there was not a soul to be seen. Pulled out and pulled into the next stall and the same thing it was out of soap. I got a "complimentary" wash from Subaru so I decided to try it. I paid 2$ to upgrade to the premium drive through wash-not sure it's worth it. The machines and manual wiping the guys running it got about 80% of the dust off my car. It was not dry and there was still plenty of sap on the car after running through the machine so i spent another 15 mins wiping off areas missed with my microfiber cloth and turtle tar&bug remover. Vacuuming costs extra so I skipped it till I go back to Richie's next time. read more

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR! After having my car washed here I discovered plenty of new scratches on my new car. The attendant pushed one of my mirrors in that is not supposed to be pushed in manually, it's electric. The place is decent, your average automatic car wash. I love supporting small businesses, but if we're 100% honest, the only reason most people choose this place over ocean blue less than a mile away is the self serve area with the handheld pressure washers. Out of the 4 stations, only 2 of them are actually usable with all the modes working. The automatic wash part is decent. read more

The first time I washed my RV at the Willow Creek Auto Spa, there was no soap in the bay so I moved to another bay. No soap there either. I told the employee. He eventually came out to fill the soap. He was in no rush. Since I don't want to drive to Dewey to wash this RV, I went back to Willow Creek. There was soap this time but the brush scratched the crap out of my RV, not only in the clear coat but also the chrome. The scratches show everywhere the brush went...which was all over the RV. I didn't notice this till I got out of the bay. I will never go back. Going there was a $400 mistake. read more

After applying pre-wash spray, water failed, leaving pre-wash chemicals on car. By the time the single attendant fixed the problem, the pre-wash had left noticeable streaks on the hood. These proved to be unremovable with the use of soaps, windex, high-tech auto shampoos or anything else. Owner offered to run car through the wash. Since car was already (just) cleaned, I pointed out this was not the problem and might worsen it further. Owner's detailer said he thought he could take out the streaks with 30-40 minutes of simple buffing. Owner wanted me to pay for it. Since it was his chemicals and his water system failure that caused the problem, I did not feel this was a fair solution. read more

When we addressed it with the manager, he rudely said we were liars and that he would charge us for trying to fix the damage. He then proceeded to insult us and walked away. Tom helped me out with a brushless wash because I would hate to scratch my paint, he got fresh wash for me and everything and assured me my car would be okay! Never have I been to a car wash and had such absolutely wonderful service, he was so so kind and thoughtful and made my lil kia feel like a ferrari! I've never been to this car wash but I will now bring going weekly just so I can chat with Tom some more! He is an A+ and employee and takes great pride in his work! Go tom!! I hate to give this place a bad review because it's close to my house and I like to wash my car by hand. The last 2 times I have been here there was no soap in the high pressure spray or the pre soak. I even went to a different bay to see if they worked and once again no soap came out of the pre soak and just a little bit came out of the high pressure. I guess I will have to find a new place to wash my cars, it's really a shame because this place is in a great location. read more

Very disappointed that the last 2 times I used the self serve car wash there was no spot free water. Unfortunately, they do not put a sign posted so I lost $2.00. The worst part is that by the time I got home I had water spots and had to hand wax my truck to get rid of them. This past weekend I asked before putting money in and the young man at the drive thru car wash said that the system has not been working for weeks because the technician from the Valley has not made it up here. Suggested to him that they put a sign on the machine/device to notify clients. He put black tape over the option "Spot Free". That is great, however, it is the last step in the process, therefore, clients may not realize it is not available until they have finished washing and rinsing and go to select a spit free option. Suggestion get it fixed or put a distinct sign in each bay that warns your clients that there is no spot free water. read more

It's been raining alot lately and wasn't sure I wanted to waste my money to get my car washed and then have it rain! Yet I stopped anyway, they had a special Tuesday -Thursday that saved me a couple of bucks of their best wash. My car is newer and I was concerned the brushes would scratch my car. However, the younger guy approached me and greeted me very friendly like, asking how he could help me. I told him I didn't want the brushes to scratch my newer car, which wash do I want? He explained they didn't use any brushes. What you see in the tunnel are rubber coated, they have water jets constantly spraying water on your car, washing away the dirt, he said. Another worker then directed me into the 'tunnel', being sure my tires were lined up correctly. The two of them then prepped my car. At the other end they finished drying my car by hand, getting the mirrors, glass and chrome. It was the best car wash I've gotten here while visiting in Prescott. Being from Calif, I'm used to having 3-4 guys wash my car. But that cost $40. These guys were good, friendly, fast and my car turned out just fine. I'll be back. read more

They have very shady debit and credit card transactions. They "pre-authorize" you card for way more than you need and then it changes to a certain amount that may or may not be correct later. I was checking my bank account this morning and had 5 CHARGES from over a year ago just now posted for strange amounts that make no sense. We haven't used their services for​ a while because the vacuums are NOT free and they charge a fortune to use them. AVOID this business at all cost!!! Bad customer service. I had my car washed and drove home. When I arrived home I noticed the back was still dirty around the bumper and side. I returned to see if they could wash it again and they refused. They said all they could do is wipe it down with a towel. When you wipe dirt with a rag on paint you scratch it. The owner was somewhat confrontational. He told me he didn't want to argue about this. I wasn't arguing. He went into detail how they prepped the outside with a $75 hog hairbrush. He said he instructed his personnel not to wash the whole car with it. I told him I just wanted theback cleaned he seemed perturbed I willI winot return there. Stopped by just to vacuum my car quickly. The first is out of order. The second vacuum actually took my money then didn't work. The third vacuum Goldilocks actually did work. When I went to report that the second vacuum took my dollar and request my money back., I was told that you just have to push the button harder, not that I needed the vacuum any more, and they refused to give me my money back. They refused without even checking the machine. I might add it took the conference of two employees to make the decision. So essentially they are losing my forever business over a one dollar bill. Most other car washes in town offer free vacuum anyway. read more
