Worst ever - stole the money, did not back up their work - did not answer calls. Rinky-Dink business with nothing but a phone number!

How Not to Hire: A Masterclass in Indifference…read more The job hunt is its own special purgatory. You research, you prep, you interview. You walk into the room ready to engage, to trade ideas, to prove your worth. You take their vague, half-formed job posting and, like a good soldier, you help refine it in real time--tighten the scope, sharpen the role, add actual value. You leave thinking, "Alright, that was solid." And then? Radio Silence. Not a follow-up, not a form letter, not even a polite corporate brush-off. Just crickets in the dark. Then, a week later, you check the listings and--well, look at that--the job's back up, same role, different title, slightly tweaked responsibilities. Convenient, isn't it? After you, an actual marketing professional, helped them figure out what they really needed. But that's just the amuse-bouche. The real distasteful meal? No acknowledgment, no "thanks for your time," no professional courtesy whatsoever. Just the dull, bureaucratic shrug of a company that sees applicants as an infinite resource--there to be mined, then discarded. Here's a hard truth about ghosting candidates. It's not just rude. It's not just profoundly lazy. It's a huge tell. How a company hires conveys everything you need to know about how they operate. If they can't manage the bare-minimum decency of a simple email response, they won't magically morph into a respectful, functional workplace once you're inside. Culture isn't a switch you flip--it's in the details, the habits, the way they treat people when no one's watching. So, Medicanix & MediProducts CEO, here's a free bit of branding advice, since you're clearly open to unsolicited input: Try basic human respect. It's totally free.

Through the years as the son took over the business they got bigger, not as good , have more technicians and more expensive. Some of their technicians are good some are not . I had a small leak with my suction. They came fast . Cleaned a part . Still leaked the same. Came back replaced a part that they cleaned . Part cost $75 . Theyy should have changed part right away. I was charged over $ 800 for 2 visits because of this . . A joke. Still leaked the same . They came 2 more times still leaked. They wanted to replace the part they put in . I said forget it I will put a container under part . Istill had same small leak as I started with. I would Never use them again.

Update /Correction - This is a local family-run business, and both technicians came to repair my…read morewasher because they recognized the urgency. In the end, they fixed the issue and I appreciate that. Before the first visit, I asked if they could assess the likely parts needed in advance so we could avoid multiple trips. They brought one of the two parts, so a second visit was required. I may have been wrong to assume the second part could be brought or purchased ahead of time -- it's possible the technician needed to see the machine first to confirm. For future customers, it might help to carry that control board as a common part (I understand inventory is costly, but it could save time for everyone in cases like mine). There was also a long stretch when I couldn't reach them and didn't know whether they were still coming, which was stressful since I rearranged my schedule and cancelled a GE appointment to support a local business. They later explained they had no cell service in the area, which I now understand. Ultimately, they showed up, fixed the washer, and everything is working properly. My only feedback would be to improve communication during delays to avoid confusion or frustration. In the end, calmer heads prevailed and I appreciate the work they did.

I had been told I should replace the fridge. Appliance Genie sent someone who arrived on time and performed the repair that day at a reasonable cost ! Definitely would recommend 5 stars
