However, this evening my father drove out of his way to purchase cheese here, arriving at 5:15pm - 45 minutes before the shop closes. When he got there and walked inside to make his purchase, he was turned away because (in spite of the door being unlocked and there being no signage on the door) they were having a private party. He was immensely frustrated and we're so disappointed in how poorly this situation was handled - they could have at least allowed him to make his purchase after driving 30 minutes out of his way to shop there. I will not be shopping here in the future, and find it very unfortunate that a business with such potential suffers from horrible customer service.

On our recent Food Tour of the Strip District, our first stop was at Parma Sausage Products. We tried the Lon Zetta, Rustico, and Hot Sopressata. You could taste the subtle flavorings and the meat was such a smooth bite! Hearing the history of this family owned business was the best - with photos across the walls celebrating the rich traditions! The meats are still made on site with the small quality and heritage of the past generations! The current owner was happy to share his stories and ready to answer any questions we had. We all walked out with additional purchases to level up our charcuteries and sandwiches. I purchased the Bourbon Salami for $8. The prices are ridiculously good - especially because you are buying it right from the source! Make sure to stop in to Parma during your next visit to the Strip District!

The menu lists many types of sausage: hot Italian, mild Italian, spicy Sicilian, garlic, breakfast, meatball, chorizo, bangers, veal, chipotle cheddar, linguica, Greek, kolbassi, and andouille. Other menu items include salamis, capicollo, prosciutto, hams, pancetta, and much more. I purchased one Polish kolbassi. It was a large size, so it was enough for my husband and me for two meals. This kolbassi had a decent price and tasted pretty good.

They have regular ones that are delicious, but I think they really shine with their atomic rolls. They have a nice kick that adds an amazing amount of flavor without being too spicy. They also have a menu that features hoagies, sandwiches and a daily pasta. I've had a cheesesteak and an italian sausage sandwich and both were delicious. A great size and packed with flavor. They also have a deli, catering and fundraising available. I have not taken advantage of the deli or the catering, but I've worked with them for a fundraiser and they were easy to work with and the pepperoni rolls are a fantastic seller. Definitely give this place a try if you are in the Strip. And, if you aren't, it is worth a special trip just for one of their rolls!

Sunseri Jimmy & Nino is setup perfectly for their customers. A detailed menu for hot foods with available indoor seating.
