We had breakfast here this morning. What a delight. There were 6 altogether so we were seated in the building next door. Years ago my father in law was the manager of that office and he was so surprised and happy . The service was great We got plenty on our plates. I always love dining here. The breakfast is as traditional as you like it. They always substitute things I like over things I don't care for ex: onions and mushrooms. The service is genuine, and the added tables are good, so the wait time is less. They have special drinks like strawberry and cucumber that are perfect on a hot day. read more

From the sandwiches, soups and fries to the Mexican dishes, every meal I've eaten at Willie's has been delicious. It's rare to find a restaurant with a wide range of menu options that consistently serves good food, but Willie's has never disappointed me! As aforementioned, the cafe is tiny, but strangely enough I've never felt cramped. The owners make good use of the space and set up the dining area so that it feels open and roomy. There is both indoor and (limited) outdoor seating. The dining areas are clean and the staff is attentive. A side note: be sure to try out the soup of the day - it's always very good! Have a meal at Willie's if you haven't already - there's something on the menu for everyone! Willie's serves good food, good portions, provides good service, and all at a very affordable price. I passed by this place last week while looking for parking at another place. I popped open my handy dandy notebook....no wait Yelp, yeah Yelp! I glanced at a few menu items and noticed they had some pretty good deals. I parked, walked in and was immediately greeted and sat down at my choice of table and offered a drink. I was also told that everyone gets a free cup of soup, but I declined that offer. For lunch I had the tri tip breakfast burrito. The thing was huge. It had tri tip (lots of it) eggs, peppers, hash browns and cheese. I was also offered hot or mild sauce. Hot of course!! It was very good. It came a little grilled by default which is nice. I got full with half, but being the glutton that I am I took it as a challenge to try and eat the whole thing. I still failed but my attempt was a tad short of a victory. Overall a cool spot to pick up a quick bite on lunch break or so. It's kinda small so this would not be a good place for a big crowd or claustrophobic people. read more

We are staying in Kingsburg to help our daughter move in. We looked for a place to pickup breakfast and we are so happy we found Willys. We had the chili verde omelette breakfast and we both thought it was the best we had ever had. Just a little heat and it was so delicious. Our only regret is we live in Las Vegas and can only eat there when we visit our kids. We have some of the best restaurants in Vegas and we wish we had Willys there. Worth the drive. read more

I would have felt more comfortable if staffs were wearing masks. But NONE of the staffs had mask on while they were making and handling the foods. And it seems they were using Windex to clean the table and chairs. Last I check, I don't think Windex is a disinfectant unless they have a new kind now. I don't think this restaurant has or enforce any masks policy. Foods wise: big portions, descent price. The tri-tip was kind of dry. Anyways, just a big health concerns with Covid still going on. I doordashed a turkey sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich was not like the picture advertised so that was a disappointment. It was good but not what I wanted when I ordered. Pictured in the ad was a fresh cut turkey w bacon on a herb type roll. What arrived was a squishy turkey melt on white buttery soggy bread. My wife and I had breakfast at Willie's Cafe this morning. We recommend you give it a try next time you're in downtown Reedley. Good clean unsaturated food is not commonly found in most restaurants. The breakfast, I was served, will definitely rank as a healthier start than most restaurants in this area. The portions were above average. The eggs were perfectly scrambled, fluffy, and a beautiful yellow color. The bacon and sausage were crisp and not covered in grease. This, I believe, is not common as most restaurants undercook or over overcook your breakfast meat and always it is covered in oil. And the french toast was good. Service was polite, attentive and could not be underscored. As I noted, give Willie's a try... you will definitely return next time you are looking for a good place to eat in Reedley. read more
