It's consistently great. They have a set menu of options, mostly meats sold by weight. We got the MOTHER-LOAD - sample of everything they make. It's good for four strong appetites. There are tables to sit at, but this is NOT A sit down fine dining establishment. Be ready to get serious about food by the pound.
