I didn't eat anymore of it after the first bite. The boarrito was a huge disappointment. It contained a few slivers of pulled pork (nothing like the picture). The Mac and cheese lacked cheese. I'm not sure if there was supposed to be a cheese sauce and they forgot it or if that is intentionally how the boarrito is. Overall it was extremely dry, unseasoned no cheese noodles, couple bites of pork with a little barbecue sauce. I couldn't eat anymore after a couple bites because it was so dry and flavorless. Think overcooked noodles in a store bought tortilla with no sauce and that is basically what it was.

They came out a lot bigger than they looked in the photos on the outside of the truck in my opinion. This is a food truck with several trucks nationwide, including at least one in Lincoln and in Omaha. They came to my child's school carnival which is how I happened upon the them! A couple things to note: the kettle chips come in a paper container, not a bag, which made holding everything a bit of a challenge. They also have a really small pick up area.
