Depending on your needs the rooms can be for a single person needing privacy or a large group of 15. I was taken to the second location, Old Towne Road location. This location is much more modernized than the Penniman location but more smaller rooms. This location is a one level location and have a full kitchen access. There's a soaking tub and a shower and so many amenities. Room service comes not once, but twice a day. They open the blinds, refill amenities and put away things to tidy the room. In the evening, they put away the decorative pillows from the bed, fill the ice bucket and leave it out with a tray with new bottles of Saratoga water. They leave a small bottle of Baileys on a little pillow with two small glasses. They also close the drapes. I am so spoiled. I love this place!

Concierge and front desk interactions were fine, but at this rate, I expect a more thoughtful, elevated experience across the board. With some investment in better amenities, higher-quality guest products, and improved culinary standards, this could be a truly special stay. The staff was kind, shouts out to Phoebe who checked me in, was quite knowledgeable, and gave a great rundown of all of the offerings on site as well as details on the included free tickets to visit Colonial Williamsburg (the living museum). I also did personal training here with Sierra Meacham and for anyone looking for a personal trainer but doesn't know where to start, like I was, I highly HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Sierra even just for a talk. She helped me personal train and helped me understand meal prepping and what to look for in my foods and what I need nutrients-wise for my goal as well as my weight goals! She kept pushing me to my PRs are farther:) She is so understanding and takes every problem I had whether it was with meal-prepping or weight-lifting posture hesitancies and how to overcome. I highly recommend her but definitely reach out and check in with her! She can book up quickly because of how awesome and thorough she is with her clients!! She can also guide you through the different rooms in Riverview such as the redlight therapy and saunas and what not and the importance of them on the body physically and mentally.
