The event space is a part indoor, part outdoor roof space. Off the elevator there is an entry way with a bar type setup, and small area to gather and potentially have refreshments. There was plenty of space for the audience and panel. They have a projector setup for presentations and as far as sound, everything was great. This space would be beautiful for a rooftop Wedding or Birthday Party (they rent out the space to the public.) Beyond the rooftop, Assembly is a beautiful member only co-working space with office rentals, kitchen, library, meeting rooms and more. I am looking forward to attending other events thrown in this space, and potentially becoming a member. The view of Downtown Norfolk was too good.
