Also during our stay the staff barely touched our room -- including leaving dirty/used coffee cups in the room and not giving us new coffee packs for the morning. This may sound minor, but as someone who travels and uses Hyatts on a regular basis, it is not the kind of quality I expected from a Hyatt-flagged hotel. I'll be staring at one of the other Hyatts next time I'm in Norfolk.

It will lead you to a oversight and can take you along another path to walk down. The path near the water will take you all the way down to the high bridge. This review is strictly just for our experience here Wednesday, December 8, 2021 for our company Christmas party. The facility is beautifully decorated for Christmas which enables us for perfect photo ops. We did not have anyone welcome us nor did we have anyone show us the banquet room but we managed to find our way. The DJ was present. The room was also very well decorated and lit up. The drinks and hors d'oeuvres were displayed. Their bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. Their food was good. Their buffet style dinner consisted of salmon, roast beef, asparagus, salad, mashed potatoes and rolls. Nice place. Great location and plenty of parking space.
