They have a huge event space that you can rent out for anything, and it faces out onto the water which was a gorgeous view. I also did personal training here with Sierra Meacham and for anyone looking for a personal trainer but doesn't know where to start, like I was, I highly HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Sierra even just for a talk. She helped me personal train and helped me understand meal prepping and what to look for in my foods and what I need nutrients-wise for my goal as well as my weight goals! She kept pushing me to my PRs are farther:) She is so understanding and takes every problem I had whether it was with meal-prepping or weight-lifting posture hesitancies and how to overcome. I highly recommend her but definitely reach out and check in with her! She can book up quickly because of how awesome and thorough she is with her clients!! She can also guide you through the different rooms in Riverview such as the redlight therapy and saunas and what not and the importance of them on the body physically and mentally. They also have networking nights and people with different small businesses or want to get out there with the public and socialize I highly recommend checking in when the next night is and go... it's a lot of fun 100/10 recommend!! #personaltraining #mealprep #she'llsetyoustraight! #networking

I know this venue is owned (or partly owned) by one of the owners of the next door coffee shop. I do not know any details of prices, menus, etc. My review is solely on the the venue itself, including the parking, location, and presentation. Parking is a bit cramped. The decoration was beautiful! There was one door in the back that led to a private dressing room where the wedding party was able to change in. There are two separate bathrooms inside. I'm not completely sure how much of the decor, food (if at all), chairs and tables, etc were part of the rental of this venue but it was a beautiful wedding. I would definitely choose this venue if needed in the future and/or recommend this

The strawberry picking baskets were a flat rate (which we liked versus other places that charge by weight). It was pretty reasonable at $23 for a bucket and the strawberries were delish. Once inside there's other activities to pay for like the monster truck ride, petting farm, corn maze, and other kids activities. The hayride and pumpkin patch are both free. The hayride goes from the parking/monster truck area, to the market/restaurant area, to the pumpkin patch, and then back to the first spot of the parking/monster truck area. I found the fall festival to be really cute and great for photo ops. I really enjoyed each of the different sections of the farm. Decided to get on the monster truck before leaving (9/10); it was my first time riding in/on one and it was pretty fun. To ride was $10 per person. All of the staff members were friendly and made light conversation. I can def see myself returning especially since they also have a Christmas tree farm and a restaurant on site. My overall rate of experience : 9.5/10

The location is a laid back and comfortable farmhouse with great outdoor seating and a smooth indoor draft service. Awesome selection of both draft beers and, most importantly, cider. I really love that they're always hosting events here! I'm also a huge fan of the rotating food…read moretrucks and seasonal brews. There's always something different going on, which keeps things interesting and gives me a reason to keep coming back. I also really like that they serve wine too, so there's something for everyone depending on what you're in the mood for. Service has never been an issue for me. It's always been fast and efficient, even when they're busy. My biggest complaint is honestly the crowds. A lot of times it gets really crowded, and there isn't enough parking, so you end up having to park across the street. The problem is that there's no traffic light there, which makes crossing the street pretty stressful when traffic is heavy. The left turn out of the place can also be frustrating because it's on such a busy road. It can cause traffic to back up, and I've seen some pretty questionable situations with cars trying to get in and out. And once it gets crowded, seating becomes another issue. There simply isn't enough seating for the number of people who show up. Obviously, it's a great problem for the business to have, but not necessarily a great experience for customers. Overall, I really enjoy coming here for the events, food trucks, seasonal brews, and wine. I just wish the parking, traffic, and seating situation were better because those things can definitely take away from an otherwise great experience.

This set up included a large living room area with a desk and mini fridge. There was also two queen size beds with a vanity area and a bathroom. The bathroom comes with body wash, shampoo and conditioner which is also a nice to have when traveling. Here's what could've been better -The ac unit in our room struggled to push air out. It felt like someone put a filter over it. This didn't impact us too much as the weather was pleasant during our stay but if we were staying during the summer this would be an issue. -The toilet in the room was loud and took a long time to fill back up. -The elevators: there are two of them and they moved really slowly. At one point they started to vibrate and shake while we were on them. We started to take the stairs out of concern. - there were also hand written/printed signs in places like the restroom which just cheapens the feel of the hotel. Here is what worked -breakfast: they have complimentary breakfast that includes hot items like oatmeal, eggs, pancakes, potatoes, fruit, cereal and a assortment of juices. The coffee is awful. So coffee drinkers be preparing make alternative arrangements! -amenities: they have a indoor pool and fitness center. -TV: they have cable TV which offers an arrary of options. People who live to stream while in hotels may not like this option. Overall this hotel is a good budget friendly option for travelers in need of a place to stay for a few days.

So, I was hopeful that the WXYZ lounge and bar in Chesapeake would be similar and provide a great atmosphere to get together for a fun, chill hangout with our friends. We were not disappointed. There was ample seating and a large table where we were able to share a meal and play board games. The lounge has games in the lobby area, which we weren't expecting, but was nice to see. We had brought our own games. My friend ordered a mocktail and enjoyed it. The four of us ordered chicken buffalo dip and fish and chips to share. I couldn't eat the chicken buffalo dip because I have a dairy allergy, but everyone said it was good. I did really enjoy the fish and chips. The fries were hot, thick, and well seasoned. The cod was very tasty as well, the skin was perfectly crispy but the meat was tender inside. While we didn't take pictures of the menu this time, I took a look at the menu online and there are some options listed on the website that were not printed on the physical menus we saw, but for what was the same the prices matched. The fish and chips isn't on the website but was on the physical menu and was affordable (two pieces or cod and ample fries). Our server (also the bartender) was nice and provided good service. The hours that they're open make it a great hangout spot for Friday nights and weekends. The restrooms are clean. The noise level was moderate and fine. We definitely recommend for hanging out with friends and will be coming back in the future.
