Everyone that was involved from Shawn the contractor, his assistant, electrician, plumber, flooring, insulator, granite installers, showed up when expected and did a great job. Shawn scheduled the inspections that were needed and again all were right on time. When it was done I couldn't find anything to criticize. If a design person cannot answer customer questions and gets overwhelmed then there's a real problem. After 4 weeks of working on a design that was for a pretty simple revamp, Valerie could still not get our floor plans right. The builder wrote to me to say that the measurements were still not correct. Save yourself time and energy and don't go here for your kitchen design. Seems all this person has time to do is go for "trainings" that don't appear to translate into work output. Poor communication about timelines and every inquiry was met with a defensive list of reasons about why she couldn't get to our project in a timely manner. Undoubtably the worst customer experience I've ever had.

I never thought we would get such a beautiful stone for such a reasonable price. Luis recommended using a lifetime seal with a company called granite shield. The price for sealing the countertops was more than reasonable . John was our representative he was very kind and helpful. He was also very educated about our stones mineral make up. This process made our countertops even more beautiful than they already were . This process gave us the confidence knowing that our counters were protected against stains and we'd never have to worry about sealing it again . I'd like to write a cautionary review about Bedrock Granite. At first, I had an excellent…read morecollaboration with salesperson Dawn, the fabricators, and management during an extensive renovation which covered my kitchen island, backsplash, counters, as well as my buffet, wine room, butler's pantry, and coffee bar. However, despite the Island surface concluding late last year, a significant error remains unresolved with an obvious defect upfront in the live chiseled edge. The "solutions" offered are simply not feasible for us with removing the entire surface and cutting back the edge a few inches and starting over. This will cost us a great inconvenience and thousands of dollars in plumbing and contracting costs. Also having no confidence it will be done right the second time. We gave grace initially, even overlooking an unsightly edge defect with the hope of a fair concession. Yet, after exhausting a long, drawn-out back-and-forth, we had to walk away. It's unfortunate to write this, but when a business is fully paid upfront, they must still deliver on customer satisfaction. Future buyers, take heed and ensure they get it right from the start.
