    Do not buy Larnaca Teak furniture! I ordered my furniture in April. I finally received it in June. Within 2 days it was "bleeding" stain. It looks horrible. I called immediately and was told they would replace it. But I won't receive it until October! This means that the order for furniture I ordered in April will not be fulfilled for 6 months. I bought the furniture to have for several backyard parties, but now I have ugly furniture for these events. I offered to repair it at my cost if they refunded the furniture. Not possible according to WS. This is not the service or product I would expect of a high-end, expensive company.

    Williams-Sonoma is located inside the Fashion Valley Mall in Mission Valley. It is located near Neiman Marcus in the Lower Level right across from Crate and Barrel. Since the mall is so big, your best entrance Is at Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus in Parking Structure G. We parked in self-parking which was a bit of a walk but I would definitely choose the parking structure if I was buying anything heavy. We came to check out a crockpot at Williams Sonoma. The store is clean and packed with interesting cookware and gadgets. Service was very good. Jerry helped us select a Breville juicer that we've been looking at online for $20 less than the cheapest place we found online. Jessica helped us order the crockpot since they only had an open box one in the store. I definitely recommend this Williams-Sonoma. They had a good selection of products similar to other stores and service was very good. I would come back again.

    counter tops all are rusting

    In January 2023, I purchased 6 Larnaca Slate Grey Metal Kitchen outdoor cabinets form William Sonoma for over $12,000. I chose these cabinets and built my outdoor pool bar area according to the specifications of these exact cabinets. I was able to unpack the cabinets and finish the remodel with the purchased cabinets in May 2023. However, after just 1 month of unpacking them and putting them in place, I noticed that the stainless steel counter tops and handles had rust all over them. This is unexpected as stainless steel is known for its corrosion resistance and I paid so much for these doors. We called the store to make them aware of the condition, and they directed us to the customer service department in which the manager told us the items were NOT covered under their warranty program after 30 days of purchase and they would not be sending out a technician to even look at the pieces that are damaged. Williams Sonoma has not offered any other solution to this defect other than using a specific cleaner, Barstool cleaner, to which has not resolved the issues with the stainless steel. We could not be more disappointed with the quality of these cabinets. We will never shop at or recommend Williams Sonoma ever again. Their quality and customer service is horrible.

    Typically I love WS. But miss marked signs and pricing are extremely frustrating and disappointing. Got to the register.... "I don't think that's right.... Hmmmm". My goodness. They were also out of the other 3 things I came in for. Drove 35 mins. Wow oh wow.

    My daughter was looking for an authentic Italian Bialetti Moka Espresso pot, an Espro Toroid Frothing Pitcher, a Handheld Milk Frothier, a can of Illy Espresso & some Lovely Williams Sonoma handcrafted Espresso Spoons. When you walk in, you're immediately not greeted. Instead, you are intentionally ignored by the minimum-wage-paid clerks, who are gossiping together. It's an uncomfortable feeling when you're browsing & seeing all this kitchen product beauty, then simultaneously hearing every other word spoken by the clerks being "she".."she".."she" in low tones. It's typical for a group of women getting their gossip on about other women. But what the hell? Are women that shallow & low-class to be gossiping about other women they don't like, while working in a classy joint that sells products upwards of over 1K, while there are customers in their presence inside the store? SMH. You would think they'd be more professional & take their jobs more seriously. I recently got a credit card from west elm & purchased thousands of dollars of Mid-Century furniture from them. The credit card can be used at all of their sister stores, including Williams Sonoma. So, as I said earlier, we were wanting to pick up a few items that we've been thinking about getting for awhile now. I had discounts that amounted to 40% off an entire order. The grey-haired heavy set woman I spoke to told me those products are only available at their on-line store. (I did see the hand-held frothier on display in the store.)That's fine & good for me, so I'll do just that. The grey woman acted as though I didn't count unless I was there to spend thousands of dollars. Well, I wasn't, but I was going to spend at least well over $100. Incidentally, there is a sign in the window beckoning customers to come in & purchase items up to 70% off. LOL Perhaps it was the fact we weren't glammed up & wore no makeup & we both wore our hair up in pony tails. Maybe it also was because we were wearing sweats & hoodies (btw, there's currently a cold snap in San Diego). Is "glam-shaming" a thing? Hah! Anyway, enjoy the beautiful pictures I took. My 4* are for the products only. I suggest you use this store as a look-see, then go home & buy it on-line. Just make sure you wear your Sunday's Best plus get glammed-up to the max if you want answers about any of the products. That's the only way you'll get any attention here. I crown Williams Sonoma with the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

    As a cooking professional I have been postponing this review over the years because I still go to the store for specialty items and once in a while am disappointed but this time I was angered and took action. I bought a tiny 2oz jar of truffle butter for $25. There was no expiration date on it and nothing on the label saying refrigerate after opening. Well it's obvious that butter has to be refrigerated so obviously I did. After using only a teaspoon of it in my sauce I tightened the lid and put it back in the fridge until two days ago when I saw something I have never observed. The sides and the bottom of the jar where there is no air penetrating was filled with mold(look at the pictures). I took it to store and since the store was full I politely asked the manager if we can talk privately. I showed it to her and I prefaced by saying, I don't want my money back. She said that they don't this item anymore and they won't give me store credit and they don't accept food back. I explained that this item cost me $25 for a pinch and she said sorry. I asked if they don't accept any packaged item back and she said no!!!! I find this un-American especially when the store knows there is something wrong with the item they have sold!!! Well Amazon is coming after you.

    Tim was cool, sharpened my Shun with ease. Def. Will come back. Like the location, so it's easy to bring my knifes through the court yard.
