I've been working with Vector for over 4 years now, and the experience I have gained with this…read morecompany has been tremendous. Going from socially awkward and anxious to having confidence in myself and my capabilities. Learning time management (something I was HORRIBLE at) public speaking, influence, better financial management, how to not just manage but lead others, and so much more. I got a letter in the mail about the job and decided to check it out in May 2020. I sold over 17k and made over 4k that summer working part-time around a full-time summer class schedule (culinary and hospitality major). I received my first promotion within my first couple of weeks on the job because promotions are work ethic based, so I didn't have to have an uncomfy convo with my manager. I love the people that I get to work with, who push me to be my best self day after day. The travel is great and the pay is worth the work and efforts I'm putting in. The girl I was back in 2020 to the girl I am today wouldn't recognize each other. If I'd listened to my friends and (ex)boyfriend who ridiculed this "knife thing" I wouldn't be where I am at now, personally, financially, and professionally. I'm glad I took the leap and thankful vector provided me with the opportunity and vehicle to turn dreams into goals, into realities.

The Home Depot is near the 60 freeway on-ramp on Pigeon Pass Rd in Moreno Valley. There are two…read morelocations in Moreno Valley. This home improvement store has appliances, tools, parts, and other products for the home. The aisles are clearly labeled with large signs to quickly find the section of products you are looking for. I stopped by to pick up a part I needed instead of ordering it through Amazon. And I quickly found what I needed. It made more sense to come here so I can see the product in-person versus online. Checking out was a little hard to find as it didn't have a large sign hanging over the area - unless I missed it. The employee rang me up through the "Self-Service" machines. She was trying to get me to sign up for their HD credit card. They also have activities for kids - I'm not sure if fits a monthly or weekly thing. I thought that was pretty neat. Overall, I got the product I needed and found other small items I needed as well.

Absolutely terrible experience…read more I was in this store for over an hour and a half, and it honestly felt like a scavenger hunt just to get help. I asked about five different employees for assistance. One person tried to help but didn't really have the information I needed. Another went all the way to aisle 15 to grab a nail because he wasn't sure what I was asking about. The woman I spoke to next didn't seem to know much at all, and one girl couldn't even tell me which battery was a 9-volt. She asked, "Is this it?" and I said, "I'm not sure, that's why I'm asking you." It's really hard to find anyone who's available or knowledgeable, and that's disappointing. Even when I asked the manager for help, she just pointed down the aisle and said it was "somewhere on aisle 45." I expected a little more effort, maybe someone walking me to the item or at least showing genuine interest in helping. The last employee I spoke to mentioned he was about to go on lunch in ten minutes, which didn't exactly make me feel like a priority. Overall, the customer service experience really needs improvement. I hope management invests in better training and staffing so customers don't leave feeling this frustrated.
