I did spend quite a bit of time on this visit. Only one employee acknowledged me while I was in the store. That was because we were walking towards each other in a small space. The rest of my visit was spent browsing but when I had questions there was no one around. There were staff members at the counter but they were chatting amongst themselves. A few customers came in and out while I was there but it wasn't busy at all. This store is good for looking at and touching physical items, but I will be ordering online. Signs pointing to the exits actually do not take you to the exit right away. The signs will take you to what feels like going through a Disneyland turnstile line. Just when you think you're getting out of the store or onto the Disneyland ride you've got a whole other roundy round or two to get through and lots of other goodies to see. They refused to give me the $10 birthday reward back in a digital card. They said when you use it, you lose it even though I DIDNT use it because I returned the item IMMEDIATELY she basically said too bad no exceptions!! Be aware if you have a birthday reward, you better not return any item that you buy it with or you will lose it. I recently spent approximately 4,000 there on furnishing a wall system & cabinet for the living room. Good customer service would have been to put it back on my account it's the principle not the money.

The guys were super nice and did the job quickly. They came in, took the old stove out, and brought in the new stove. IT WAS LOUD and scared my new puppy. I noticed while they wheeled away the old stove, parts of the top of the stove fell out and they don't bother to pick up the pieces even after walking by them many times. They brought in the new one and well I have hardwood floors and questioned "is that scratching my floors" as they push it around the kitchen and they told me no. Hmm I see ring minor markings but not that noticeable. Let's see how this goes when the new fridge comes.

I have seen occasional mentions in their catalog or on their website stating that the deal is only available at the Costco Business Center. It's much more convenient if you're stopping in for a few things, but be aware that most shoppers, particularly in the early morning, are buying supplies and groceries for their businesses. While it looks like fewer shoppers are at the registers, they are buying in bulk, so expect a wait. Both customers and employees appear content and cordial. You can also see the regulars know each other and help each other out, which is refreshing. Another thing to be aware of is that it can get very cold in the produce area; lots of customers are wearing extra layers. I couldn't handle how cold it was in the meat section as I was only wearing shorts and a shirt. I do like this location since I haven't seen any fluff sellers trying to explain their service or product. There isn't a fast food station (no hot dogs, chicken bake, pizza slices, rotisserie chicken, chicken wings, or soft serve). I didn't see clothes, books, toys, or flowers either. I don't think they do sample stations either. Removing these individual consumer items helps create a positive experience by reducing congestion in the parking lot and aisles. If you talk to any of the staff, you get a positive experience and even time to banter, which they seem happy to chat without the chaos of long lines and crowded stores. Maybe it was just the timing of my visit, but I still enjoyed the experience here!
