Imagine my surprise when she called that afternoon and told me the parts were on the way to my home. She had contacted Fleurco and had secured me a warranty replacement of the parts at no cost. Linda went out of her way to assist me when I hadn't even purchased the Shower wall from her company. They are an authorized dealer and stand behind the company's products they carry. This is the kind of superb customer service that is lacking in so many companies these days.
