It was an extremely frustrating & disappointing experience dealing with this company. Once the sales rep took our deposit, she stopped returning our phone calls. It took MANY unreturned calls to finally find out who our contact rep was for the project and she was slow to return calls or just texted a brief message. The project was poorly planned and mismanaged and had too many delays to even count. Communication with us and between the staff was incredibly poor. It was stressful and took 3 times longer than it should have. read more

Had an awesome experience with Kitchen and Bath Center from my first discussion with Caren and Kara to installation day. Great crew of installers and very neat and beautiful job. Although the company has many and tight schedules, my relatively small job was not shunted to the back of the line and forgotten about. Within 2 weeks of making my first call to the company I had my countertops installed. I certainly will be using Kitchen and Bath Center again as I have a few more areas in my home that will need granite countertops. Thank you again K&B Center for your professionalism and timeliness and the awesome granite matching to my existing countertops. I now have an extremely beautiful kitchen. Looks like all the countertops were installed on the very same day by the same company. 10 Stars if I could have given it. read more

We are very happy with our bathroom remodeling . We worked with Jill and she was very helpful and always very polite and professional. We did have a glitch with a worker but Jill took good care of us. I i love our bathroom and I am thinking to remodel my half bathroom and even my kitchen. The work teams were outstanding. Hard workers and very good people . We had a short delay on our project but otherwise everything was on time. I do recommend this bussiness to my friends and family. Want to thank everyone for their hard work. read more

Had my kitchen and two bathrooms done with Kitchen & Bath Center and it was a wonderful experience. Worked with Jill and Danny and they created a beautiful space for us. I would definitely use them again and would recommend highly to anyone considering a remodel. read more

We should have checked reviews prior to being so quick to hire them for our countertops/Backsplash. Customer Service is the worst and the Sales lady never stepped in home and had we met her we would have probably went elsewhere so it was all Joe who made this sale. This job was simple removal of existing countertops ie wood and install Quartz countertops w/Backsplash ! Well all went great until installation day they didn't line up with countertops bottom so u can see a 1/4 " from edge missing on one side and the other was supposed to be one piece but they sliced with dull blade 2 times and you can see both seams which look terrible! So Joe says they will fix it but day one no show , the only positive is I have a kitchen sink and and we can operate the dishwasher! Now the negative these expensive countertops/Backsplash are not as beautiful as promised " You won't see any seams" then backtracks saying he said that when I know I asked prior to even deciding to go with them. Then the other negative is we have family coming in a week and my kitchen is not completed as promised! The communication is absolutely the worse ever not only with the customer but with each other! When they know they messed up terribly they ignore phone calls and text this is the absolute worse experience we have had with a company in a very long time! read more

I am not at all surprised to see the low ratings here. Worst customer service ever. Worked with Veronica And to this day we still do not have a quote for our kitchen and baths. our jobs were simple and we spent a good hour waiting for Veronica to show up at the show room, and another hour picking out our designs. When we called to follow up (at least 3-4 times) she would say I'll have that to you tomorrow, or oh didn't you receive that I sent it to you. No, we watched our email and junk mail anxiously awaiting our quote. I truly believe she did not want to bother because we weren't huge spenders Like so many others. I am so disappointed in this place and will never recommend them. read more

Unfortunately there was very little communication between the project manager and her staff leaving us to wonder when our bathroom renovation would be complete. The project is finally complete and looks great but the communication is subpar. read more

Kitchen and bath did a marvelous remodel job on our two baths and our kitchen. The most amazing aspect was that they did it all while we were gone on a short vacation! We picked everything out before we left, and when we returned, everything was complete and finished to perfection, down to the correct pattern of the tile installation which I had only described to them before we left. Later, at their suggestion, we had them return to take down two walls to open up the dining area. That has made a world of difference. They basically turned an old house into a new house. read more

I could not be happier with the results. They put in countertops in my kitchen and two bathrooms. The kitchen top was a difficult cut with some precision cuts required. It turned out perfect. If there is a defect, I sure cannot find it! I will be using them again on another house. read more

Larry, Alex and Bruno were very responsive to my need for a bathroom repair. Great work performed- would definitely recommend this team for your bathroom repair/remodel needs. read more

Went here to do a bathroom remodel. They came out and did measurements and took requirements to write up estimate and quote. After 2 months we had to asked them for status. They said it would be done in another two days. After another two weeks and no contact we called back. They eventually told us that they did not have contractor License and could not find a contractor and had no positive alternative. If you want to just browse samples this maybe your store, but if you want anything actually done, not recommended. Poor communication and no confidence they could manage sub contractor to produce any product on time! read more

Have to say was really disappointed walked in to the one on Mary esther and the lady at the counter seemed extremely put off by us being there. We are looking to remodel our bathroom so we went there to check out their bathtubs to see if they had extra large bathtubs that we could order, asked her one question and she quickly said that the 2 bathtubs that she had on the floor were what they had and that they only do custom tubs and didnt say anything else. She didnt seem to want to help any further and didnt say another word to us the rest of the time we were there. I would have liked to see the types of stone you could pick from and maybe so vanities but didnt feel comfortable even asking anymore questions after that point. We left about 10 min after and probably will not go back. read more

Disappointing all around. Expensive, poor quality cabinetry, and bad customer service. My brand new cabinets look cheep, doors don't open/close right. The worker showed up in the middle of the day and no one called to let us know he was coming. They forgot to order the paneling for the side of the cabinets, and then they ordered the wrong size. On top of that, they were mad they were going to have to come back to finish our project. Don't hire these guys, don't waist your money. read more

What a terrible experience. I had a house tiled by Kitchen and Bath Center and will never use this company again. The tiles were a combination of different manufacturer runs (meaning half were one shade darker than the other half) and the tilers immediately decided to change the quoted 1/8" grout gap (previously quoted) and gave a 1/4" instead, which looks terrible but makes the tilers' job much easier. My home was so filthy and damaged by the time the crew finished (48 hours to complete an entire house - a new world record) that I had to literally repair and/or repaint every wall, door and frame. The workmen were rude and inconsiderate, ran the A/C full cold in the middle of summer with the front and back doors wide open and used foul language in front of my wife. read more

We wanted to commend your granite counter installation team (Mark, Derek, and Big Al) for the awesome job they did on installation of our granite counter tops. I've seen workers that come together to get a job done, but Mark and Derek complemented each other from the moment they walked into our home, and it was obvious their sole desire was to ensure everything was perfect and we were satisfied customers. After the team had removed our old counter tops, Mark noticed our cabinet base was not strong enough to handle the weight of the new granite counter tops. Mark and Derek never missed a beat, seeing my husband and son were disabled, they went above and beyond their normal duties by ensuring modifications were made to our cabinet base so it would handle the extra weight of the granite counters. Big Al added his magic touch ensuring the counter tops were both shiny and beautiful. Once installation was complete, upon final inspection before the team left, a fissure and blemish were found. Mark called Big Al and he came out that day after working his regular day to correct the fissure. We've never had a team that went above and beyond to the degree these 3 workers have, to ensure everything was perfect. We're looking forward to getting the work completed on our bathroom upgrades in the next couple of weeks. Thanks K-B, for the exceptional job performed by these guys. Makes us happy we chose Kitchen & Bath for our upgrades. read more
