I had a great experience with Rafael! I had ordered granite from another company, but they kept stalling and weren't able to even send someone to measure for weeks past our original date. I called Rafael and he came out the same day and did a rough estimate. He came back to do the template about two days later AND installed the granite the same week! The color of the stone is beautiful! The quality of work was fantastic AND he was quite a bit LESS money than the company I originally contracted with. Rafael and his staff are wonderful! In the process of upgrading our kitchen, I got several different quotes and went to several companies searching out who I thought would do the best job at replacing my countertops at the most reasonable cost. I finally decided on Galaxy because Rafael took time with me personally to ensure I would be 100% satisfied with his product and his company's workmanship. I chose my own slabs, which direction they would be cut, which edging I preferred, which sink I wanted, etc. Rafael made sure the cutouts for the new faucet/sink had good placement and measured my new cooktop that was still in the box in my garage for proper fit when cutting the hole for that. He addressed every question and every concern I had. This past Tuesday, less than two weeks after I walked up his company's door, Rafael and his company delivered a great product, exactly how I had asked. Galaxy offered a much more affordable price in a much shorter timeline than anyone else in this area. Rafael and his staff were professional, highly skilled, quick, and honest. From initial contact to installation they were helpful, efficient & superbly professional. I contacted Rafael in July 2017 & on Aug 1, 2017 our job was finished. He was out in no time measuring & making superb suggestions on lowering one counter & going with full backsplash. I found his prices totally in line w/2 other fabricators I had contacted. I think what sets Galaxy apart from the others is the customer service & efficiency. The install process was flawless. Rafael & his crew hit it hard all day--professional, clean & courteous. We selected top end granite w/lots of movement & the seams, edges, seal, polish, & grouting all beautiful. To say we couldn't be happier is an understatement.
