After explaining the situation to them, the Floorzz employee asked for a phone number where he could reach us, because he did not have any of the tile in stock, but he would find out where he could get it. To our surprise, the Floorzz employee returned our call within 10 minutes with info. Unfortunately, he could not get the tile any sooner than our original supplier, and the shipping would have been very expensive. The Floorzz rep was very understanding when we told him we decided to order through the original supplier. Floorzz went the extra mile to get the information we needed in a very timely manner, and we thank them for their effort to help us.

In short, this company took our money, failed to provide the contracted-for product, and will not…read morerespond to us or return the money they have stolen. We paid Floorzz $29,000 to supply us with aa Provenza flooring product. Floorzz told us the product would arrive in 4-6 weeks. After approximately 5 weeks, we reached out to Diane Tucker, the representative on our case, to receive an update. Diane told us she would call us back with an update. Diane never called back. For the next 6 weeks we continued to call for updates and did not receive anything. We were promised to receive calls back, including by the owner Mike Anderson, and never did. They intentionally ignored us but kept our $29,000. After 11 weeks without receiving any update, we requested that our money be refunded. Diane agreed to promptly issue a refund and to send a confirmation within 48 hours. It has now been over a week and we have not received our money back or any confirmation. Our calls and emails continue to go without a response or acknowledgement. This is theft and fraud. The owner is going through great lengths to avoid our calls. Everyone pretends they don't know anything. This is a completely fraudulent scam business. Our lawyer is now involved unfortunately.

He asked Justin (the owner) to come and provide a quote for replacing our master shower floor. The "penny tiles" were popping up and we were doing everything to try and get it to stay down longer than a couple of weeks. He gave us a reasonable price and we hired him. He told us where to purchase our tile replacement and what to look for. The day that Justin was first scheduled to come, he had to quarantine for 2 weeks. Justin told my husband that if we wanted to hire someone else to do the job, he totally understood. We were impressed with that. We waited for Justin after some other places we called said that they would have to rip out the entire master shower to fix the floor. We are SO glad that we did!!! Justin came on a Tuesday afternoon for the install of the tile floor. About 4 - 5 hours or so later, the tile was installed. He asked us how we wanted our tiles laid, which I really did not think about until he asked. He also asked us to select our grout and he brought it back on Wednesday to grout and clean up. After a couple of hours on Wednesday, he was done and we are in LOVE! We are looking forward to standing on our new tile floor in our master shower (even if it's too pretty)! In the past we've agonized over finding a new contractor or handyman who not only did good work but didn't hit us with questionable or surprise charges, but from the time we first found Eric's business profile on Facebook with examples of his gorgeous tile work and had him redo our bathroom floor, we haven't needed to find anyone else. He has redone the tile in both our bathrooms and our shower (looks absolutely amazing and we are SO pleased with it!), installed toilets, bathroom vanities, painted our hallway and bedrooms, and helped us switch out a ceiling fan with a ceiling-flush fixture with multiple lighting settings, and installed a new mailbox (w/post). We gave him a key to go into the house while we were out of town to install a cover plate for an empty outlet box; he fit it in on short notice so the listing photos for our house would look good. Not only has he done great work on everything, but he's a clear and kind communicator. In the past I've had contractors be very short with me and make me feel foolish for asking detailed questions about aspects of the work we're having done (not great for my anxiety), but Eric has always been extremely gracious and patient. He broke down the process of how the tiling job would go when I asked, he's shown me the most efficient way to patch nail holes and use tools properly, and during the first job we hired him for (as I was just getting comfortable with power tools and DIY projects) he took the time to show me how to properly (and safely) replace the blade on my miter saw! To boot, he's good with our large dogs which is a big deal for us having had many fosters and adopted a few rescues of our own. We can't recommend Eric and his work highly enough. I had moved on because I had the worst experience across the board on a multi-material/space reno order exceeding $20,000.00. They promised delivery dates which were not true. They measured and ordered less than we needed for four areas; resulting in costly and inconvenient delays. They charged us dearly for these fill in materials and delivery charges. They failed to accept responsibility or show the proper responsibility, by paying to rush under ordered fill in orders. They failed to find the marble of a shorted order, and strung us out for two weeks with false info; only to find out that the stuff we got was no longer available because we got a remnant of the wrong color marble, of which there was no more. They double-charged us for this wrong marble; and, after all this refused to refund the pre-charge for fill in un-matched boxes and for over charging for the remnant from the start. At the end of it, we were faced with the reality that we were the victims of what amounted to a litany of lies, manipulation, inconsideration, irresponsibility, and criminal gouging.
