From the very outset, Eva Davis (and her assistant, James - as well as the rest of their crew) were unbelievably accommodating, making sure that we were perfectly satisfied with the choice of counter and when it would be installed. (The latter was a major key to the success our kitchen was having other items redone - on top of which our building was undergoing major renovations as well.) Due to unforeseen (construction) circumstances, the installation date had to be changed and Eva & company kindly and courteously moved it to meet our needs. Eva sent a very meticulous installer to our condo beforehand to measure and make a full-size wood-rib pattern to make sure the countertop could be cut to our specifications and fit into the smallish elevator! When the day of installation arrived, a very hard-working crew struggled a bit with the more than 800 pound countertop (two pieces), but managed to install it very efficiently. Their trim work was great...and the final outcome was as beautiful as we imagined. We could not be happier with the selection of granite, the care taken to meet our every need, and the courtesy extended each step of the way.

After shopping all over Panama…read moreCity for our new counters, we selected Counter Revolution for the great customer service at their display office on Sherman Ave. Jeremy stepped us through the different options of Quartz, and even showed us comparisons to real Marble. This sold us. Jessica then aided us with setting up the template date, installation, and payment. Jeremy came out himself to do the template (I asked him about the other bad reviews on Yelp). Their installers called ahead, were on time, and came with extra help to haul the nearly 4' x 8' island and all of our new countertops into our home, and they did not even bump the door. Everything was cut correctly, fit correctly, and it was all done in two hours. I messed up with the payment and bounced a check, and they were even patient with us as we got it all cleared up. I was literally in Lowes a hundred times, aching over the pitiful quartz color choices and high costs, and when a sale would be on, and what discounts I might get. Their samples were so tiny we could barely tell what it would look like, unlike the big 3"x9" pieces at Counter Revolution. When we went to Lowes ready to order, the "specialist" was a jerk, and he right away ruled out the sales and discounts we had been banking on. Their overall cost was more than Counter Revolution, and their installation would have been way more of a hassle, since they subcontract installation to the lowest bidders. I am so glad we chose Counter Revolution. They are a small business, so they rely on word of mouth business, and customer service. I found out about them through a co-worker who also highly recommended them, and are both LOCAL to P.C. The other horrible reviews are from out-of-towners, who I honestly think had no patience and were too demanding. Time from Order to Install was about 4 weeks. Their installers took pride in their work. I cannot say enough good things about them. Don't even read the other reviews.

Nothing on Monday. I called (of course) and was told that I was scheduled for "first thing" Wednesday morning. When no one showed up by 10 AM I called again. I was told that the installation crew was "loading and on its way." No one came. No one called back. No update. At Noon I called again and got an answering machine. No call back. Just called again. No apology. No credible explanation. Even if they do show up and do a competent job, I would never do business with them again. I understand unexpected problems and delays, but will not tolerate being lied to. Update. They eventually showed up, hours (and days) late for no articulable reason. The installation was competent. The owner was aggressive and not apologetic on the telephone. I would never do business with this firm again.

It took MANY unreturned calls to finally find out who our contact rep was for the project and she was slow to return calls or just texted a brief message. The project was poorly planned and mismanaged and had too many delays to even count. Communication with us and between the staff was incredibly poor. It was stressful and took 3 times longer than it should have.

The communication from the time of the order to final installation was seamless. The lead foreman asked for our input and kept us informed throughout the installation process. He also provided his professional advice when asked. The demo and install process took less than two days! I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them. When I contacted customer service, the gentleman was quite curt and produced a picture of the flaw that was taken at installation but never pointed out to my husband or myself. This gentleman proceeded to engage in a text battle about how I wouldn't want those people to buy my house. I asked that a supervisor contact me directly. To this date, we have not been contacted by a supervisor. Remember that we were assured that we would be able to inspect the granite before installation and were never contacted for an inspection. What can be done?? Probably nothing but the customer service person, John Cassady was not what I would expect from a home town business. My bad. I trusted the company. Look at the Pics and decide.

This job was simple removal of existing countertops ie wood and install Quartz countertops w/Backsplash ! Well all went great until installation day they didn't line up with countertops bottom so u can see a 1/4 " from edge missing on one side and the other was supposed to be one piece but they sliced with dull blade 2 times and you can see both seams which look terrible! So Joe says they will fix it but day one no show, the only positive is I have a kitchen sink and and we can operate the dishwasher! Now the negative these expensive countertops/Backsplash are not as beautiful as promised "You won't see any seams" then backtracks saying he said that when I know I asked prior to even deciding to go with them. Then the other negative is we have family coming in a week and my kitchen is not completed as promised! The communication is absolutely the worse ever not only with the customer but with each other!
