With this type surface I have a 10 year warranty, no cracking, no slipping and it is cool to walk on barefoot . Don't do it! Terrible experience, Ninja Concrete Coating had to redo our patio 3 times and it still is not right. The mender fixes they recommended did not work and have pulled away from the concrete and raised at least 4 inches above the original concrete. I real hazard on a patio. They said they would be back out in May 2025 and never showed..... I have not heard a word from them. It's remains unrepaired. read more

Have been dealing with this company for months! They have been out five times three of which they worked on a one double car garage. Still has bubbles and bad places. They will no longer return calls or texts and refuses to let me speak to someone higher up than the GM. They wanted a fourth time to come out and repair the floor when I said no just wanted a refund and go else to have it fixed nothing but silence . During installs not only is the floor horrible they had product on the wall and trim of the garage and spilled product on the driveway. Had our pool deck done about 3 years ago and it started to fade a little and chip. Ninja coatings came out, inspected the deck and stood by their lifetime warranty and redid the entire pool deck. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Would never recommend them! After 3 attempts my garage floor is still uneven and you cannot walk barefooted on it. Dried puddles of epoxy on the edges. That does NOT even address the multiple epoxy footprints on my days old poured new driveway that cannot be removed. read more

We bought a house in November of 2023 that has this coating in the front of the garage. The previous owner had it done not long before we bought the house. He had never driven on it and did not park cars in the garage to avoid driving on it. After 3 months of us driving on it to park in the garage, it is peeling up in multiple areas. We called the company twice, finally they responded and asked us to send pictures. We sent pictures and then they ghosted us. Beware, their warranty is obviously nonexistent. The product looks horrible and now we will probably have to have pavers put on top of it. What a waste of $9000.00 read more

If I could give them no stars I would! I was scheduled to have my small business in Freeport Fl floors coated and no one showed or called as scheduled. After several calls I finally reached someone who told me that they were not coming. They had to bump me because they had a pool patio to do instead because of rain. Meanwhile, we had already cleared our gallery space, cancelled classes knowing we could reopen the next day. The tech told the clerk that he wanted her to call to tell us and she agreed it was wrong, Anthony(I assume a manager?) told me they would not refund my 900 deposit . He said he would ask the president and called me back saying the president would not refund my money. I am appalled and just want others to know how unprofessional and greedy this company is .
