Since they were working in the front of the house, I intentionally parked my car in the back to stay out of their way. After they finished the front, they moved into the back without any notice. While my car was parked there, one of their workers began spraying it with water without my permission. This was my personal property, and it occurred on my side of the property. There was no attempt to notify me or ask if I wanted to move my vehicle beforehand. I contacted the company to address the situation calmly and explained that I would have appreciated a simple heads-up so I could move my car or avoid any issues. Instead of handling the concern professionally, the person I spoke with became hostile--raising their voice, using inappropriate language, and making personal remarks about me. During the call, the owner stated he was "doing his due diligence" and justified the situation by saying my neighbor told them not to knock on my door. He also referenced a prior court matter between my neighbor and me, which was completely unrelated and inappropriate to bring into the conversation. Regardless of intent, my neighbor does not have the authority to make decisions regarding my personal property. Spraying someone's vehicle without permission and then responding aggressively--while also bringing up unrelated personal matters--is unacceptable. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for basic boundaries. I would strongly encourage this company to improve how they interact with both customers and neighboring properties. Response: This is NOT A FAKE PROFILE. I am NOT computer savvy. You're right I didn't hire you, but I did call you yesterday after trying to explain why I was calling and yet you set off on a tangent without listening to what I was trying to say! Yelling and swearing at me!! I do not lie and would have appreciated you just letting me finish what I was trying to say. NO ONE, is trying to spread false information here other than you and the situation yesterday, by denying the professionalism and how you handled the call. BUT you chose to listen to my neighbor and any and every word he said, down to me taking him to court and saying "i'm not a nice person" but "my husband was". I still think it's important for prospective customers to have upfront expectations. I submitted an online request for a free estimate. The office called and set up the appt. On the day of, Jeremy texted to confirm and then when he was en route. He showed up, I explained and showed him a place where a leak occurred and that's what made us decide to replace. We discussed new architectural asphalt shingles. He was then going to go outside, check on the roof and afterwards into the attic from which he'd work an estimate. He said he could then meet with me or schedule the next day to meet, for an hour or even just 45 minutes. I work M-F and said I did not need a "sales pitch", I have some working/DIY knowledge of projects, materials and bidding. He then suggested next week. I declined saying it's not necessary. He said there's no reason then for him to proceed with doing the work if I wasn't going to meet afterwards. I was quite surprised. I said "okay, I'll pass" and he said 'thank you' and left. I've had two full estimates from two OTHER, reputable Roofing companies last week, no sales push. They went on the roof, walked the perimeter, sat in their cars and sent the estimates to my email and phone. Not sure why Patriot INSISTS on a sales meeting! Disappointed.

Again, Super happy with the results. Recently had another company do some work around our house and found that they damaged our recently replaced gutter. I went to Patriot Roofing and spoke to Kevin to find out how much the repair would be. He said he would have a crew come out and replace the gutter, No Charge! Wow! Didn't expect that and was very grateful. Patriot roofing came through again! Highly recommend!!

With the last rain we had a month ago when the wind was blowing hard, we developed a leak. I called Tim at Peninsula Roofing and told him of the problem and he sent a guy out to check it out. The inspector said that he thought it was due to a problem with the original installation done 12 years ago that just now showed up due to the windy condition. A week later they came out and repaired the roof by installing new flashing and some new shingles. With NO CHARGE to us. Imagine after 12 years there was no charge.
