I saw Dr. Fisher and was totally blown away by how wonderful everything ran in this dental practice. Not only that ..,,they didn't find anything wrong. Other than perhaps a future root canal might be needed, but they were so thorough and kind. I would certainly go here all the time if I lived here. My second visit at Fall Creek Dental with Dr. McFadden was such a welcome surprise. Always before, at other dentists, although they use the numbing gel first, the numbing shot still stings at least. However, when Dr. McFadden numbed my gums, I did not even feel the needle, let alone the shot. I was amazed. She pulled my tooth and I never felt any pain afterwards. I have definitely found my dentist from now on. The staff at Fall Creek Dental is great as well. Very welcoming and personable. They always keep me informed about my appointment. And then I got a call from them a month later saying that we were on the calendar and but that we canceled but wanted to know if we wanted to reschedule it was all just kind of very confusing so I don't know, I don't recommend it. The scheduling and canceling was just not a good experience.

Of course I was never given the option of deep or standard, they just did it and now I owe $35... in other industries that's commonly known as "bait and switch". As a result I can no longer trust this office nor will I be returning... they've lost my family's business over an underhanded $35 bill... if you choose to visit this office don't be surprised when you're hit with an unexpected bill despite being told differently.
