I saw several reviews about people talking about how they have anxiety for dentist & how they were treated well. As someone who has severe anxiety for dentist I can definitely confirm that the care is amazing. The doctors work in a fast & timely manner & the DA's are well trained & friendly. I can't remember her name but during treatment the DA noticed my lips were dry & put Vaseline on my lips. I was so grateful she did that because I felt like my lips were going to rip! The front desk staff are also very nice! Even though I put them through a lot because I requested nitrous for each appointment because of my fears, & also being a grown adult, they never made me feel judged or bad because I requested it. The only thing I would improve is that one of the DAs had semi long acrylic nails & could feel her nails poke me inside my mouth on my gums when she was placing a suction bite block in. Also a very clean environment, I made sure to check the suctions to make sure they were clean & everything is spotless! 100% recommend!

He reviewed all concerns and medical issues prior to meeting me. He addressed my concerns and assured me that everything would be ok. Amazingly, it was a pleasure to spend time in that office. The staff go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable and explain everything so that it makes sense. And check out the TVs on the ceiling! That really helps keep your mind off much of the stuff going on in your mouth! Great dentist!

VaLinda is always a pleasure to work with as she is very professional, calm and knowledgeable. Dr. Patels clinic is always very clean, and organized. Prior to getting started, Dr. Patel explained everything to me ensuring I understood our treatment plan for that day. Dr. Patel completed some extensive dental work, and he always made sure I felt NO pain!! One of the many impressive qualities of Dr. Patel is that he may be treating several patients at the same time, but He always made me feel like I was the only patient in his clinic. Dr. Patel and his amazing team made sure that all of my needs were met, before and after treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his team for any future Dental care needs. I would have to go to other dentists to try and fix the problems over the years, and never once did I truly feel comfortable or anything above a nuisance when going into an office. I cannot stress enough how my anxiety peaks to the point of having to call the same day to reschedule, and how I used to cringe at even the thought of going to my dental appointments, even for a more minor fix, such as tooth infections to get antibiotics. Last year, I finally discovered the Granbury Dental Center, and I will never be able to truly express my appreciation, admiration, or love to the amazing people that work there. From the very first appointment, they listened to my fears and concerns, no matter how small or silly I felt they were, and they truly made me feel heard and understood. They made me feel loved, almost to the point of family. Ms. Sommer and Dr. Buske would talk to me after-hours in some instances, and even reached out to me on the weekends. They cried with me on parts of my journey, laughed with me, and will always hold a very special place in my heart. Thank you ALL at Granbury Dental Center, from the very bottom of my heart. I hope that this reaches at least one person who might be struggling to find somewhere to change their life if they have teeth issues or anxiety problems. Terrible experience…read more I normally do not leave reviews, and I am usually willing to let a bad experience go without saying anything. However, this experience was significant enough that I feel it is important to share what happened. This was my first visit to Fort Worth Dental. No dental treatment was provided. I left the appointment without receiving the care I came in for, yet the practice still submitted a claim to my insurance. During the appointment, I was accused by the dentist Dr. Pham three separate times of drug use based on the condition of my teeth. I do not use drugs. I also do not believe the condition of my teeth was severe enough to warrant such an accusation, particularly from someone who had no knowledge of my dental history. What I found especially unprofessional and ignorant was that, after I corrected the accusation, it was repeated rather than acknowledged and moved past. As a patient, you have to trust your dental provider to listen to you, respect you, and approach your care professionally. I felt that trust was violated during my very first visit. Patients should be able to seek dental care without being subjected to unsupported accusations, particularly when those accusations are repeated after being corrected. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values being treated with basic respect, professionalism, and trust. The dentist was confidently incorrect and made the entire situation extremely unprofessional.
