I am terrified of dentists, having had a couple from Little Shop of Horrors wreak havoc in my mouth a few decades ago, I avoid them like the plague. I finally was in enough pain that I decided it was equal to the pain a dentist could inflict so I may as well get the problem cut out. Dr Amy came up with a game plan to save my teeth, and I had my first double root canal and crowns. Here is where it gets interesting: No pain. Zip, zilch, zero, nada. And my crowns fit PERFECTLY! We also ran into a series of unfortunate events, mixups, inaccuracies, and fiascos with our insurance, but the staff (Bacardi, the insurance whisperer, is amazing!) did a great job fixing the snafus. I am so glad we moved here and found this amazing dental practice.

It was one of my better visits to the dentist till the end when they showed me the pieces of both my teeth, When I asked where the gold crown was the tech got a funny look on her face , went to ask about it and came back and said we dispose of them due to contamination!! Yeah right you stole MY gold crown. To bad you now will not get to do the crown and 2 implants you were trying to sell me.

They all take the time to do full dental exams, answer any questions, and most of all make sure you as a patient are taken care of. HOWEVER, what they charge is almost 2 times more than the other dentists we sought out for the same issue. Tho each dentist recommended an endodontist, this location was way more expensive. For comparison, they wanted $5900 to see the in office endodontist for 3d x-ray, root canal, and crown. We went to one of the other dentist for a total cost of $3800 for the same exact services. Ouch!! They offer what the call "insurance", but it's basically an annual charge to become a member for oh so slightly discounted rates. Sad thing is, they won't work with you on payments unless you qualify for financing which requires a high credit score. If you come in with excruciating pain and your insurance isn't very good, don't expect to get a fix unless you want to pay a premium out of pocket. However, I will say the staff, outside of the somewhat rude tech, was very helpful and kind. Dentist answered all of our questions, even coming back twice on our request to help answer some concerns. If the out of pocket cost wasn't so much, I would actually consider going back just because the of the very kind staff.

She sat with my daughter on the floor explaining the whole exam because she was scared, she never pushed or rushed her, she made her comfortable with it. Her staff are amazing and you can tell the office only hires professionals who really care about the kids. The last time my son had to get a procedure and started crying she immediately stopped and comforted him finding out what the issue was and correcting it. She also lets you in the room and even let me hold their hands the entire time. They also get a token for a prize at the end. My kids love going to see her! Shes worth the small drive!
