This practice has potential, but it is very disorganized…read more We went for an initial exam in early October. The "hygiene bay" where they do cleanings is a large communal room with several patients being seen (or waiting) at once. The doctor comes in and explains the treatment plan (if any) in full view/ ear shot of other parents or patients that may be in the room. *Keep your original treatment plan quote and bring it to the appointments.* They tried to charge me $275 after one visit, until I showed them they had clearly quoted me $157. They adjusted it, but if I hadn't said anything I would have ended up overpaying by over $100. Be aware that if you see different dentists within the practice, they may try to change your original treatment plan. My son was supposed to receive fillings based on his original treatment plan, but then we were put with a different dentist who wanted to crown the teeth instead, based on her own preferences. We wound up having to refuse and reschedule. You can request to see the same dentist throughout if dental work is needed, but also be aware that this may lengthen the wait time between visits. Do not allow them to go ahead and put your child on laughing gas if there is a significant wait. On what turned out to be our last visit to this practice, the dentist was very busy and my son stayed on laughing gas for nearly 40 minutes before they even started his procedure. As a result, the numbing jelly meant to reduce the pain of the injections had worn away. My son, who had never had previous issues with the injections, felt the full force and began sobbing. No work was able to be done that day due to his emotional state, and because he had been on the gas for an extended period of time waiting for the dentist, he vomited afterward. We chose to go elsewhere, and he went on to have a great experience at a different practice. The staff was mostly kind and accommodating, that was not really the issue. The issue was that this practice is so disorganized, you could wind up with your treatment plan needlessly altered, being overcharged, or waiting so long on the dentist that your child winds up sobbing and in pain. If you choose this practice, be prepared to advocate for your child. Ask for the same dentist throughout. Know what they quoted you. Verify before you go which doctor you will see and what each visit will entail. We chose to go elsewhere. Proceed, if you choose, with caution.

But it clearly showed I was the one who took her for every appointment, when they topped in her name my picture popped up with my driver's license which made me the guarantee if her insurance didn't pay and still wouldn't . I think we will be finding another dentist.

So very first visit, great. It's a welcoming atmosphere, they make my son comfortable. Great so…read morefar. They tell us he has small cavities that needs to be filled, fine. They say sedation and it's not covered by insurance, ok. Day of sedation comes where he can't eat or drink anything past midnight the night before, toddler is pissed. He gets sedated, we have to step out and then we're informed he was grabbing the equipment and it's not safe to proceed, that he needs general anesthesia. Ok then. Pricing is given 60minutes for $1k, again insurance doesn't cover this cost. Fine, I'm really not happy one bit. I say ok, let's schedule it. The soonest availability is 3 flipping months out! Okay, I guess it's nothing urgent and he can develop more cavities in the interim. The day of the general anesthesia comes, he's scheduled for 10am, so we arrive at 9:30, no need to be there early. Older kids go in, it's 11:30. No news and I hear of more kids going through, so naturally I ask and the excuse I get is "well we told you it'd be 3-4 hours, younger and more serious pts go in first". Well, I was ok with that time frame under the given impression that the appointment time meant something AND that the time would cover check-in/ anesthesia/ dental work AND recovery. NOT just wait 4 hours then go under and be rushed home. This was truly a miserable experience for my toddler to be starving and dehydrated until well past 2 pm before we got out of there. Because he didn't eat or drink, neither did I. This mom DOES NOT APPROVE!!!! They finally took him in at 1:33pm and guess what? Surprise, he's getting 6 caps from "maybe 1". Let me tell you, my toddler got his first candy maybe 6 months ago and eats it rarely, no juices, no sodas, I personally brush his teeth twice a day. Yeah ok, but he's under anesthesia so I ok it and at this point I'm so fed up with them I just want him to come out. 28 minutes out of 60 minutes paid for he comes out with SIX caps. Magically he developed tiny cavities in between teeth that weren't there before and instead of just filling, caps had to be put in. Here's my opinion of this practice: MONEY GRAB. We have 2 private dental insurances for the whole family, they depleted all the funds from one with a limit of $2500 and half of the second with a limit of $2000 on top of what I already paid out of pocket. The cherry on top: instead of calling to ask how my boy is after all that "necessary" work and general anesthesia, they harass for a new magical BALANCE!!! Shame on them, shame, shame shame! THIS MOM SAYS RUN, DONT ENTERTAIN THIS GREEDY PRACTICE. I wish I had known the practice is being managed by a family member which in itself is a huge red flag. Didn't find this out until afterwards. I will never return to this place ever again and cancel all future appointments.

I am pregnant and they treated me like they have no knowledge or consideration at all when it comes to pregnancy. First, I requested to be at a small incline as it is not safe to be flat on your back. The DENTIST made multiple comments how that was uncomfortable for her because she would have to stand instead of sit during my filing. Making me feel like a total burden. Further, I waited a hour past my appointment to start my filling. Once started, she and the assistant talked about their relationships and religion and home life the whole time. It was extremely unprofessional. Then 1/2 way through the doctor told me she needed to go do other exams. So she left me 1/2 way done sitting there for another 20 -30 minutes to go work on other patients. So all in all , the appointment that should have taken 30 minutes took almost 2 hours. My advice, go to a dentist that actually cares about their work, and not their coming up vacation time. It's typically the office staff that are terrible and the doctors make up for it , but in this case, it clearly starts at the top and the staff follows along constantly apologizing for the dentist's behavior.
