This place is the REAL DEAL. They did The Impossible they not only fixed my teeth but also helped me to get every single possible discount and savings which made it affordable BUT did it in such a non painful way that i still cannot believe there was not ONE TIME that i experienced any uncomfortable moment .They took my mind off everything by putting a swivel adjustable flat screen attached from the ceiling that is lowered to your height and face with all the new movies to select from so every time I went to the dentist to have them work on my teeth i was always excited because it was like going to the movies. When we arrived on time, we were told they were short-staffed and running behind -- something I understand can happen. However, what followed was completely unacceptable. We waited an hour in the lobby before being taken to the back. After they took X-rays, we were left sitting in the room for two more hours, with no communication from staff. We watched other patients come and go while multiple employees walked past us without so much as a simple, "We're sorry for the wait," or an update on when we'd be seen. After three hours, the only thing that had been done was the X-ray. When we told the front desk we were leaving, the response was a flat, emotionless "Okay, that's fine." My girlfriend has been in serious pain for weeks, hoping today would finally bring her some relief. Instead, we left feeling ignored, frustrated, and heartbroken. She walked out in tears. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a professional receptionist. They got some information from me since I was a new client and took me back on time. I was treated efficiently and with the upmost care. I was in and out with X-rays, a deep cleaning and a few replacement fillings in about an hour and a half. The wait to get into a room was reasonable -- they were upfront that they had surgeries ahead of me, which made sense given I was a walk-in. My only critique is the process leading up to the surgery felt rushed and a bit impersonal, with a lot of "the surgeon has to go" energy. Understandable given the schedule, but it made an already nerve-wracking situation feel less comforting than I'd hoped. The extraction itself, though, was fantastic. First time getting a tooth pulled, and I was bracing for the worst -- but the oral surgeon and her team talked me through everything every step of the way, were reassuring, and it went smoothly with surprisingly little pain. 10/10 for the surgery and the surgeon's chairside manner. I have a lot of dental issues so I've been to at least a dozen different dental practices in the DFW area, and this experience was by far my worst dental experience. I rarely leave reviews but I just had to- hopefully it'll save you time and gas. I came here yesterday for a 9am appointment. Due to traffic I was about 15 minutes late, which actually was a good thing since they were running really behind. I wasn't seen until about 10:10am. The staff led me past the front door to be weighed, which I've never had done at a dental office. I could understand if I were a pediatric patient or were going to get a procedure requiring anesthesia but I was there for a cleaning. Why do you need to weigh me?? After that, they sat me down for dental x-rays right past the front door, so anyone walking past the waiting room into the clinic can see you with a device in your mouth. Out of all the dental offices I've been to I've never seen this setup, x-rays are usually (and rightfully so) in a more private area. Not a huge deal to me personally but still odd. After x-rays I was led to one of the exam rooms which was not in good shape. Stains on the wall and ceiling, cords coming out of the ceiling just hanging out, just overall- not a pleasant place to visit. All the staff was nice and pleasant, especially Dr. Towson, so I'm giving this place 2/5 stars but overall it was a terrible experience and I will not be back. I ended up leaving in the middle of my appointment because everything was taking way too long. Please save yourself the time and effort and go to another location, because this one is not worth your troubles and copay.
