I called on a Monday afternoon, explained I had tooth pain. Gave them my insurance information and they had me an appointment by 9AM Tuesday. Was very apprehensive about going but the pain was unbearable by Tuesday. The office staff was very helpful and got me squared away. Jessica took me back and re-assured me many times nothing would hurt and really made me feel more comfortable. They took X-rays and the dentist came in and told me I definitely needed a root canal and it was on a tooth that already had a crown/filling. That whole thing took no longer than 20 minutes, gave me couple prescriptions to bring down the pain and fight the infection. Referred me to Dr Ingel, who only comes on Fridays. The front office staff said they were full on Friday but would try to work me in and would call me with a time. By Wednesday afternoon they had called me and got me an appointment at 8AM Friday morning. I called back multiple times to get prescription help and every time Victoria was very helpful and took great care of me. Now Friday comes and I get there at 8AM, the staff Friday morning in the office was also very helpful and took me back right on time. Dr. Ingel came in and explained what needed to be done based on my X-Ray and he got to work. I was very worried about the pain and Dr Ingel said he would take care of me and I wouldnt feel a thing. Both Angelica (tech, who did a great job as well) and his office manager really assured me I would be ok. Well let me tell you, Dr Ingel did a fantastic job and I never felt any pain. A He has renewed my faith in going to the Dentist. After trouble shooting and really doing a great job on my tooth they got me out of there. I cant not say enough how happy I was with the whole experience. Now I just have to go back and get a crown, which I will be scheduling and not putting off. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a dentist.

I was clearly told there was no infection and that antibiotics were unnecessary. Unsure, I took him to our regular dentist for a second opinion. They found a significant infection that required at least two weeks of antibiotics before the tooth could safely be removed. When I contacted this office to request a refund, I was informed that the doctor's notes actually stated there was an infection--directly contradicting what I was told in person. This inconsistency is extremely concerning. I am very grateful I did not allow them to perform any procedure on my son.
