I've had a severe phobia of the dentist due to my teeth being very sensitive. In one visit, without any work being done yet, Dr. Gray and his staff gave me my confidence back. They were incredibly kind, gentle and respectful of my insecurities and made me feel like everything is going to be ok. I haven't cried in many years and I cried today in that chair simply because I felt that I can breathe again. My greatest fear in my life has been the dentist and on Monday I am confidently ready to go through the procedures that Dr. Gray has prescribed for me. No longer am i scared. I know this guy wants the best and he deserves much more than this simple review. If you have any fear of dental work, this is your guy. If you are self conscious about your smile, this is your guy. I will do everything in my power to make sure this godsend of a human being is recognized for what he provides and brings to the table. Top notch Dentist.

Never before have I experienced an initial appointment with a dentist like I had with him. He is so thorough and covers things no dentist I've seen ever has before. You actually get an education with him! He cares about you as a person and your health as a whole. I have never felt so cared for by a dentist. He has a warm, friendly demeanor that would make even the most anxious patients feel comfortable. And if he's not enough of a reason to choose him as your dentist, his hygienist is the best too! She is so sweet and makes you feel comfortable and welcome! His front staff are great too and I often get stuck chatting with his receptionist. I am so happy with my experience here and I don't see myself ever changing dentists again! Even if I move out of the area.

I have had a tooth transplant and a crown with 0 complications. Nothing worse than a toothache on a Saturday with the thought of no near term relief. He has always been available whenever I needed him for consult or medicine in the off hours when these situations occurred. I have also been a patient for many years of Kathey Roberts who is the main dental hygienist on staff. I feel Kathey is the best in the business. She has consistently diagnosed issues prior to the doctor's check at the end of many cleanings. Kathey uses the latest technology and has educated me on proper dental health. emphasizing its importance to help minimize other health complications that I have. It is easy to pick up that this is a true family based, Christian centered practice. It is worth your time to visit!

Expressed discomfort and asked for the Dr repeatedly to look at the final seating. When requested for check was told the X-ray would be reviewed or I could wait until the provider was done with another patient by the assistant and then the front desk. I expected my dental work to be completed by the Dr. Understand he is busy so my request may have been lower on his agenda as far as concerns for the day. I still have pain so I am not sure my crown was applied properly and the Dentist did not over see the final application or confirm the final placement and seal.

Four bone grafts that Dr. Carney implanted failed and dislodged from my teeth. I brought some of the dislodged bone graft to Dr. Carney's office on a walk-in basis. His dental assistant was indifferent about the bone graft failures. When I asked Dr. Carney about the failed implants on follow-up visits, Dr. Carney was unsympathetic and dismissive--completely unlike my first visit with him. Dr. Carney did not see the need for intervention to correct his failed implants, yet Dr. Carney said that he would likely have to pull the loose teeth. I now have four permanent loose teeth. I have pain when I eat, drink and even when I talk as air crosses my teeth's exposed roots. Dr. Carney exercises his medical discretion aggressively and diagnoses aggressively. Lucky #9 review goes to S.A Dental…read more So I work early and the team here has ben very accommodating. I get the earliest appointment available which is 6:50am or 7am , they text me reminders of my upcoming appointment. In these text messages they send me a link to fill out any paperwork I may need for my visit that day. I am usually the first patient of the day so I dont have to wait long to be called back. The first time i went they took x-rays and pictures of my teeth. The hygienist there was very nice, polite and professional. I see her every time I go in so its nice to see the same friendly face. She does my cleaning and I dont feel any pain when she does this. Then I see the dentist and we go over my overall plan for my teeth. Let me tell yall, I had a wisdom tooth still attached to me and for the longest time I had refuse to take it out (for several reasons) but after speaking with the dentist about wanting to fix my teeth I realize that tooth would have to come out. I was scared, no lie, but the team made me feel at ease when we started that process. The financial department was very patient in answering all my questions and explaining to me what my insurance was and was not gonna cover. On the day of the actual extraction I go there early, they took me back, set me up with laughing gas and honestly that part took the longest. They numb my face and gave me the gas and then proceeded to take out my wisdom teeth and the whole that only took like 10 minutes and it came out in one whole piece!!! AND I GOT TO KEEP IT!!! I have also gotten clear aligners from them and that process has been good so far. When I visit I am usually the only patient there and is pretty quiet. When I do need to schedule an appointment with them its a pretty smooth process as well. I have notice they (in this suite) do not have a ADA entrance, its a small step up but even once you get inside they have a very narrow hallway. Even the bathroom is small but I guess that is the space they got to work in. Also, the Dentist noticed I was showing early signs of cavities and prescribe me this medical grade toothpaste for $30, most expensive toothpaste in my life. Overall I would recommend coming here to get your wisdom teeth remove in one piece.
