I've been going to Great Oak Dental for about 2 years now, and it has been an amazing experience. I am very pleased with the services I've received. I needed quite a bit of dental work done, and I now have a very pleasing smile. My Grandma loves them, and feels blessed to have met such caring people. Thank you Great Oak Staff.

He makes Sure that No Money is Left on the table. Every time U see Dr. Dang, U will be Charged. She would take an X-Ray of Your teeth Everyday if given the opportunity just so she could legitimately Charge U out of pocket & your INsurance Provider. And Speaking of insurance, be very careful as to the questions you ask. Such as, "are you in the Cigna network? " That doesn't mean " are you with a PPO where U can see any doctor U want & it will pay Something!!" Duh? I believe Great Oaks Dental is Very High Priced & Not that Great at Decision making with U, where the patient's Best Interest is First & Foremost. I saw No Heart with this Dentist & her 2 Locations in Arlington. I found a very Narcissistic environment & very high prices.. I paid $5,000+ for One Front Tooth Implant & she never cleaned or checked my other teeth for the 9 months in between healing. Then, After I mention this to her she did check them and asked me if I wanted to know where my next problem was going to be? It was for the other front tooth that also was decayed. Oh Brother!! I paid less than $1400Cash at DDS Denture & Implant for the other front tooth & was as treated like a Queen.. I could have gone to Africa, shot an Elephant, brought back his Ivory Tusk & Had thousands of Faux Teeth made from it for the price some of these Dentists are charging for one tooth. It's gotten way out of hand.

I'm new to the area and called in hopes of getting an appointment soon. Turns out I could be seen…read morethe next day! I found that super convenient. During the appointment, everyone was friendly, attentive, and informative. I really felt my dental care was important. I'll be back!

Lucky #9 review goes to S.A Dental…read more So I work early and the team here has ben very accommodating. I get the earliest appointment available which is 6:50am or 7am , they text me reminders of my upcoming appointment. In these text messages they send me a link to fill out any paperwork I may need for my visit that day. I am usually the first patient of the day so I dont have to wait long to be called back. The first time i went they took x-rays and pictures of my teeth. The hygienist there was very nice, polite and professional. I see her every time I go in so its nice to see the same friendly face. She does my cleaning and I dont feel any pain when she does this. Then I see the dentist and we go over my overall plan for my teeth. Let me tell yall, I had a wisdom tooth still attached to me and for the longest time I had refuse to take it out (for several reasons) but after speaking with the dentist about wanting to fix my teeth I realize that tooth would have to come out. I was scared, no lie, but the team made me feel at ease when we started that process. The financial department was very patient in answering all my questions and explaining to me what my insurance was and was not gonna cover. On the day of the actual extraction I go there early, they took me back, set me up with laughing gas and honestly that part took the longest. They numb my face and gave me the gas and then proceeded to take out my wisdom teeth and the whole that only took like 10 minutes and it came out in one whole piece!!! AND I GOT TO KEEP IT!!! I have also gotten clear aligners from them and that process has been good so far. When I visit I am usually the only patient there and is pretty quiet. When I do need to schedule an appointment with them its a pretty smooth process as well. I have notice they (in this suite) do not have a ADA entrance, its a small step up but even once you get inside they have a very narrow hallway. Even the bathroom is small but I guess that is the space they got to work in. Also, the Dentist noticed I was showing early signs of cavities and prescribe me this medical grade toothpaste for $30, most expensive toothpaste in my life. Overall I would recommend coming here to get your wisdom teeth remove in one piece.

Avoid at all costs!!! The reviews are not lies so don't have the "they only left a bad review…read morebecause of one thing, or because they had a bad experience" mindset. We're trying to save you from the horrible experience and service we have received. They make you pay for services before any treatment is done, rushing through the process to try and make it seem like everything is a dental emergency. I paid a very high amount to have some of my teeth repaired and now I apparently owe a large amount again because of insurance changes. The hold music on their phones saying "peace of mind promise" about pricing is ironic and a huge lie. When you have me pay for services, that balance should be closed when it's paid. Be clear about what insurance will cover, and don't randomly change it after a new year has started. Nothing about this organization gives me peace of mind. I will never return to this organization ever in my life. To the business manger that sees this and wants to say the same thing that is on all of the other negative reviews, be a real manager and reach out to the frustrated customers yourself. I'm not calling your useless customer service line that will just babble on and on. Your phones record conversations and it shouldn't be that hard for you to track down and figure out who is having an issue.
