I had said I wanted to change because I did not think my insurance would pay for it. It was about $500. The office manager assured me that insurance should pay for IV. At the cost of approx $500. Low and behold 2 months later, they did not pay it. said that to me at the time because she did not want to have to reschedule the surgery because I wanted the less expensive option. Those surgeries using the other option had to be done on a different day she said. I feel ripped off over this because she assured me my insurance would cover the expense. Now, two months later I find out insurance did not pay a dime of it.

They treat you as a person and not a NUMBER. They don't rush you in and out and there's no one in this office that doesn't care. Friendly, professional and they care. Every place I visited was very apathetic. They do not actually take the time to listen and understand what you need. This place is truly doing it right. Dr. Runyon was great, but truly, it's the business he and his colleagues have built instituting caring individuals on the staff. She dug around a little more and got a small chunk out and said, "alright, we're going to stitch you up now" and I said can you get another x-ray to make sure and she said yes. They did another x-ray and there was still a very large chunk of tooth left. She was about to stitch the patient up with a large chunk of infected tooth still in his gums. This greatly worries me that she would be this careless and unprofessional at her job. At least take an x-ray that takes less than 20 seconds to make sure you completed what we paid you 500 dollars to do.
