Absolutely no complaints! They work quick and they are very respectful. Very honest too, they never tried to sell me on anything. Nice facility, very clean and the wait is never bad. DO NOT GO HERE!! It's a complete waste of time to schedule an appointment here because the staff will cancel apts without you knowing until you show up that morning (missing work and school) to be told they can't keep hygienist employed and have no one to clean teeth in the entire office. The temp hygienist apparently decided to quit too. Now we are way overdo for cleanings and call to reschedule but we're unable to get apts for 5 months away. Our apts are next week but the dentist has decided he's going to leave early that day and the office staff calls to cancel and offers us apts for today or months out. It's been over a year since we've been able to be see but this office doesn't care about its patients. That's not even including the fact they have over charged us more than once and filed things on our insurance that we didn't have done for a larger payout. The only reason we discovered this was because our insurance denied a root canal due to preauthorization requirements but our daughter only had a filling done. We should have never rescheduled after the last time but now we are officially done with the unprofessionalism of this office. read more

***Warning*** Would NOT recommend this office for a variety of reasons. Mind you, I was never rude to them. That's just not me. 1.) I myself was unaware that this dentist is essentially riding the reputation of the old office dentist/ownership. Apparently the entire office staff has also turned over several times as well since Navarro took the office. 2.) Navarro (the main dentist guy) was rude, dismissive, dodged and blew off questions, sorely lacked bedside manner, and was passive aggressive. I think being abusive with tools in your mouth qualifies as passive aggression. 3.) I was charged for a follow-up appointment that was in regards to pus leaking out of the gum line of two teeth he recently worked on (over $100 for him to take an instant x-ray, look at it for literally 2 minutes and tell me that's just how my gums are there). 4.) He did actual damage to my gum line in the aforementioned follow-up appointment with a probe. As far as I know I'd need a gum graft to fix it. When I called after noticing the damage was not healed over a month later I was told "that was already there"--an outright lie. Zero responsibility taken. 5.) The desk people get dodgy and wanna just blow you off when you call about follow-up issues. You have to call back and press them to get them to take it seriously. What prompted me to go ahead with this review was that the desk gal (Fallon) for the second time told me "I will get back to you" and blew it off. 6.) They're money hungry/very expensive, which is fine when you're paying for great work and service but that is NOT what I received. If you have a PPO plan with a cap on it they just see a pot of honey; apparently once they've licked it mostly clean they no longer really have to care. 7.) I suspect unnecessary work was charged for and performed, though I can't prove this and I partially blame myself for not doing enough research into how to identify a dentist that is a POS and what they may pull. 8.) He apparently makes significant errors interpreting his own x-ray exams; when we were almost finished completing what he claimed were the necessary fillings, he out of the blue said "hey there's this other one over here I just noticed, it could need a root canal if you don't get it soon." Really?? That just slipped your attention, eh? Isn't that what x-rays and multiple nurses people pay through the nose for are for? Shady. 9.) One of the fillings he did now hurts when I eat things like apples, and it shreds the floss when I floss that tooth. This does not seem normal, and was certainly nothing he'd mentioned would/could happen. Again, that lack of bedside manner/at least pretending to care. I can't fully express the depth of my disgust. Yeah, there are lots of good reviews on their site but apparently a lot of them are from years before Navarro took over. Read what the people unhappy with the place have to say too. 7/21/23 ***A quick update to my recent review: It's been around 2 months since I had cavities filled at this office, and there is still pus leaking out of my gums at 3 different sites (one of them being the spot where he actually separated my gum's connection to the tooth using a probe). The site of the novocaine injections is also beginning to get sore. I read that it's very difficult to cause infection via novocaine injection with today's technology but it looks like Navarro may have managed it. Needing follow-up exam and antibiotics through a different dentist. Thanks so much Elite Dental. Keep up the great work. read more

I'm always apprehensive going to the dentist due to the way some dentist make you feel about the mishaps with your teeth. But here I felt very welcomed, at ease, and excited to come back and get the attention my teeth need! ALL of the staff was very warm and sweet. I am new to the Stephenville area. I went to a dental office that told me I had a cavity in a front tooth. However, this office wasn't a good fit for me. I called Elite Dental and they got me in really quickly. The entire staff at Elite Dental is extremely professional and welcoming. I was seated, had an exam, radiographs (the other office radiographs were not good quality, so Elite re-took them for free!) I saw the Dentist...he was extremely personable and professional! He said no, not a cavity ... just a shadow! What a huge relief!!!! And these wonderful people did this with NO COST to me! I'm a patient for life! Highly recommend Elite Dental! read more

My husband and I have gone to Dr Haley for 30 years! He is the best! So is HIS staff! We were suppose to get our teeth cleaned today. I was surprised when Elite Dental called on Tuesday, March 16 to cancel our March 18 appointments, that we have had for 6 months, with Faye and Regina. I was told they no longer worked there. I have found out they were fired along with Dr Haley's two assistants, Diana and Tammy and the other hygienist, Mady!! These people are great at what they do!! I personally have feared dentists since I was a child. I depended on Dr Haley and HIS staff to take care of me and my family. Since the new owner has taken control things have been on a downhill slide! Now after almost 30 years of going to Dr Haley here we are looking for another place to go. Good job "Elite Dental and Dr Navarro!! Obviously professionalism, integrity, ethics and morals are not part of the future plan. read more

Dr. Haley and his staff have been taking care of my Dad's dental needs since 2011. Due to Dad's advanced years, the bone in his lower jaw had eroded to such a point that his dentures would not stay in position. As a result, I took him to three separate dentists to have him evaluated for new dentures with implants. The first two dentists said there simply was not enough bone left for the implants. However, Dr Haley disagreed with their prognosis and stated the implant surgery was possible and his staff could make the new dentures on site. His price was very fair and competitive. The implant surgery was a complete success and the newly made dentures were a perfect fit. The follow up support on Dad's dentures and implants has been outstanding. We can always schedule an appointment on short notice for any dental emergency and they always treat him like family--he couldn't be happier with his dentures and his quality of life has been greatly improved due to Dr Haley and his team. Bottom Line: Dr Haley is a first rate dentist employing the latest advancements in dental technology for his patients at very competitive prices. I highly recommend him--you won't find a dentist who is as knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate as Dr Haley. He's that good! read more
