I was hoping that it would be a simple fix by getting braces after I had been given several other options like Botox etc. which would never fix the problem. Big surprise, her mind line was off and they left an overbite. Their solution was to put her back into braces to correct their mistake. I don't know about y'all, but tell a teenager she's going to have to pay for someone else's mistakes and watch the emotional breakdown. Had another child at the office. Back in June will took him for a second opinion. They were shocked teeth weren't pulled nor was he equipped with a piece of hardware he needed for expanding the teeth. I have one child with a gag reflex which can cause some frustration for both parties and they have been so sweet and helpful in making her experience the best they can. She's made it through phase 1 and onto phase 2! Dr. Stewart, Brian & the staff have all made us feel welcome and understood. The office has the latest technologies, clean and Covid conscious but still has the home town feel that I know I love in a dental/medical setting for myself and my kids.
