Well, I have never been astounded by something at a doctor enough to write a review, so here goes:…read more I have had a "severe, long-standing" infection in my mouth that took two rounds of antibiotics and an extra antibiotic shot halfway through to even get to 98% gone. It was taking up my entire person-hood! The day I'm done with the second round, I have an appointment here (had to reschedule once or twice-- I'm broke.) After getting quoted exorbitant prices in different places, this office quoted the least in town for a simple extraction, and... I've had an extraction before, but Dr. Hutchins had that thing out of my mouth in less than 5 minutes. It took longer for setup than the actual extraction! My last one took 45 minutes of work for a similar procedure. I even asked "...Was that it?" after Hutchins' work. The staff here are also very kind and describe anything you need explained, and also made sure the local anesthetic was doing its job before getting anything too crazy near my mouth. (I've heard horror stories from friends going to other dentists. I am very pleased to say that was not the case with Dr. Hutchins!) If I can keep coming back here, I won't be nearly as scared of the dentist.

The office was super to schedule this quickly, and in more than one appointment, so I didnt drool on my co workers from being too numb. Dr Hutchins has always given me his honest opinion on treatment, and not what costs most. I totally trust his judgement, and he appreciates his patients, and tells us we can call weekends if an emergency arises. His office is beautiful, and his staff is great. They send you text to your phone as well as emails to ensure you could never forget about or miss your appointment. They are willing to try to work with your schedule and are beyond friendly! The office is incompetent and lied about get an insurance authorization for a end of the month June appt. My child is a college football student and had been expressed to the office that I was on a time schedule. NOW my son has to wait until December and let pray he has no pain. The office contacted me the day before his appt the confirm appt. I missed the call and called back just for them to say sorry our person got it wrong but was calling to reschedule not confirm. DO NOT GO HERE as they can careless about any inconvenience or pain they have caused by being incompetent with poor communication
